What do you like best about SocialPilot?

What do you dislike about SocialPilot?

What do you like best about SocialPilot?

We love the calendar feature & duplicate post. Calendar is great when scheduling. I love that we can plan out pretty far, we can plan mutiple platforms and it is seemless. I have used other platforms and they disconnect. I have not had this issue with Social Pilot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SocialPilot?

Ideally we could send clients a "proof" of planned content. Like if we could "download" the scheduled posts and send to them vs. them signing in. Another solid option would be if we could "alert" them that their posts are loaded and ready for revew. They forget to sign in and we have to remind them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SocialPilot solving and how is that benefiting you?

Helps us keep everything in one place and stream line logins, we dont have to issue log-ins to every SMM to be able to post to multiple accounts. Also allows everytone to see the plan in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SocialPilot?

I like that all of my posts are laid out in an easy to review manner. Editing is straighforward and the options available for formatting all accomplish what I need. I only have to get in once a month and can take care of the full month of posts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SocialPilot?

SocialPilot covers my basic needs and continues to add new features. I've been using it exclusively for less than 6 months, but they have already added features I hoped for when I signed up. I think that's a good sign that the company is responsive to feedback and feature requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SocialPilot?

It would be nice to see an account social channel feed rather than just the posts delivered through SocialPilot. Also, the photo resizing feature is not as easy as Sendible's. Sendible has a suggested size for each social channel, which requires no extra thought, but SocialPilot provides only ratios. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SocialPilot?

Very useful to combine all channels in one platform. Easy to write a single post and then tailor for each channel. Calender view is helpful. With only occasional issues, it has been very reliable. I also use it to get some analytics although it doesn't cover everything. I like that I can use it to post every type of post (eg carousels, reels) as some platforms do not allow this. What do you dislike about SocialPilot?

Occasional glitches - I have had tags not work on Facebook, although the support team respond very quickly and try to sort the problem. Also had a couple of posts not post as scheduled but this is quite rare. Really wish they included tag and hashtag library as part of the cheaper service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
