What do you like best about SocialPilot?

What do you like best about SocialPilot?

I use SocialPilot daily and it is great to be able to clearly schedule posts on multiple networks/accounts at the same time. Also, being able to give other staff limited access as and when required. It was really simple to set up and if/when we add any other accounts or networks, I know it will be easy! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SocialPilot?

What do you like best about SocialPilot?

I use SocialPilot to schedule Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn posts. It makes my life so much easier to have all of these socials on one scheduling platform. It's great that I can customize each post for each social account (like adding hashtags to Insta posts that aren't necessary on Facebook). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SocialPilot?

The only thing I have found so far that I wish I could do, but can't, is a Facebook collab with another page. I still have to manage collab content on Creator Studio. I have also had a couple of failed posts for reasons unknown. It would be nice if SocialPilot sent an email when there is a failed post so I am alerted to it sooner than discovering it in the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SocialPilot?

I love the AI Feature that helps me with post ideas. I also love the scheduling feature and the simplicity of posting to so many different social media sites at one time! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you don't have a certain subscription you can't save templates. That is one feature I would love to use if I could. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SocialPilot?

As a graphic designer, I much prefer using software that is attractive- I can't help it! That's why I switched from Hoot Suite to SocialPilot in 2017 and have been with SocialPilot ever since! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SocialPilot?

I would change how the managers can submit posts for approval. Right now, it splits everything into separate posts by the platform. It would be much easier to make updates if it were pushed through in a draft form retaining the different platforms in tabs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You can also add bulk uploads.

What do you like best about SocialPilot?

I really like that I can schedule so many posts. The cost is also very reasonable. One of the best things are the analytics tools that helps share with my stakeholders how our social media strategy is doing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SocialPilot?

There are a few minor things like using @tags for Facebook where it doesn't show as indicated in the preview. Most of the issues are previewing the posts that are going out for it and their lack of accuracy, but that doesn't affect me much since simple is better in most cases.
