What do you like best about SocialPilot?

Social Pilot was a game changer! I post on multiple platforms for multiple companies. The capacity to look at a calendar view, schedule, and repeat posts simplifies the whole process. What do you dislike about SocialPilot?

I would love to be able to edit posts from Social Pilot after they post... that, however, may be a lot to ask for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SocialPilot solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before SocialPilot, I needed to go to each platform to post. Needless to say, I wasn't posting on all our platforms as often as I should because it was too time intensive. What do you like best about SocialPilot?

Love the ability to cross-post to multiple accounts. We currently have several branches that we need to do cross-promotional campaigns and it helps to do this all in one app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SocialPilot?

Learning curve is definitely something to work on maybe the interface could be adjusted to provide more prompts but otherwise easy to streamline into your system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SociaPilot solves our issues with cross-promotional campaigns across several of our accounts. We have several camapaigns that we run across different branches and times and this helps streamline that process without having to log into each account individually! What do you like best about SocialPilot?

Learning to use SocialPilot was very easy. I was quickly able to get the hang of it and streamline all of our social media posts for our business. Our team has been able to maintain a solid posting schedule through Social Pilot and we are better equipped than ever to understand our audience. What do you like best about SocialPilot?

It is so easy to use and invite clients and the team.

Each client can be set up in groups to make sure all social media posts are managed correctly.

I haven't had any thing that I have disliked. Their customer support is always the best as well.

What do you like best about SocialPilot?

The simple interface makes using it a plesent experience. It is also simple connecting new accounts to the system. What do you like best about SocialPilot?

My favorite part about SocialPilot is the ability to post to multiple locations and platforms at the same time. It has been a huge time saver for me. I can also see what my stores have scheduled on their own at a glance. They also added an AI feature which has been a huge time saver! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SocialPilot?

I wish I could have an easier way to view the social media messages and comments for all locations in one spot - rather than switching between platforms and locations. With 19 locations on multiple platforms - that becomes quite time consuming. In analyics I wish I could easily compare all locations in a leaderboard - and have the ability to see a "report card" for each location with all of their activity on each platform in a one page report.
