What do you like best about SocialPilot?

I like the nuanced things that they have implemented to make life easy like the duplicate function that allows you to easily make multiple tweets that are the same on different dates. I loved this one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SocialPilot?

I haven't heard from my staff about things they dislike. We have had a really positive experience. The pricing definitely was a huge push and all of the features have been amazing to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SocialPilot?

I love that my clients can view their entire month's content calendar, and give me any feedback on anything they would like changed/altered. I really like the calendar view and the fact I can group social channels into groups of clients so one click and I can post to all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SocialPilot?

I find that the mobile app frequently logs me out, which is unhelpful when I'm out and about and need to quickly check something. But other than that, I can't think of anything else! Social Pilot are adding new features and improvements all the time which is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SocialPilot solving and how is that benefiting you?

Being able to share content with my clients. Social Pilot allows a real-time view of scheduled content for my clients, without me having to send files or documents.

What do you like best about SocialPilot?

I have been using Social Pilot for a couple of years now and highly recommend it to authors, publishers, content marketers etc. It is the best social media scheduling platform I have found and certainly the easiest to use. I love the fact that you can set up an RSS feed from your blog to post your articles directly to Facebook, X, Google Business Profile etc and even to groups. The calendar is easy to use and it's great that you can schedule important 'Calls to Action' to repeat over a 10-month period. I often get invited to free training sessions which I have found very helpful. It makes me realise just how powerful Social Pilot is. I am not even using all the 'bells and whistles" yet still feel I am getting excellent value for money. Social Pilot certainly saves a lot of time and energy. What do you dislike about SocialPilot?

I don't think there are any downsides to using SocialPilot. Some may say it's a bit expensive however there are various plans to choose from and you can easily upgrade or downgrade as your social media clients come and go. I love that you can design in Canva on Social Pilot and post immediately. The only drawback with that is that the artwork isn't saved to your Canva account. However, that is a minor niggle. What problems is SocialPilot solving and how is that benefiting you?

Provides the ability to schedule posts in advance, especially for holidays when one doesn't want to be working. You can group all social accounts for a particular title or client and see how posts are scheduled. Easy to move the posts around to suit any changes. What do you like best about SocialPilot?

What do you like best about SocialPilot?

SP is a handy application tool which allows me to easily schedule, move and adjust posts from different platforms, times and days. It is quick to understand and doesn't bog you down with unnessasary extras. I like that they are also always looking for ways to improve the user experience. What do you dislike about SocialPilot?

There are some limitations in terms of video uploading and creating galleries of videos for platforms like instagram. there is also a bug where some professional accounts needs you to manually post IG posts through the phone app vs. being able to post through the SP directly. the language as to why this happens is a little confusing and I would like to have this fixed in future. What problems is SocialPilot solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about SocialPilot?

Honestly everyting. I have tried so many scheduling tools even probably the most expensive one (saleforce, socil studio) and social pilot blows them all out of the water. Their preview feature is great its laid out perfectly, the alt text availaiblity the scheduling tool is structured perfectly the analytics feature is great. I just simply cannot recommend it enough. What do you dislike about SocialPilot?

So far I have not found anything I dislike about it and that is REALLY saying something. I had some that were OK but still had parts that were severly lacking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SocialPilot solving and how is that benefiting you?

SocialPilot sovles the issue of having to log onto each platfom every day. Prior tools wer not great with instagram so i used to have to schedule those sparately. It also solves the probelm of lost data with Meta updates it can be hard to get reiliable analytics but social pilot stores them so you can typically get better data though it than meta and its also much easier to navigate than meta business dashboard Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SocialPilot?

I can do just about everything I need to do and it works. Customer service has been helpful and that's rare these days. Love all the features and it's easy to get started. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
