What do you like best about SocialPilot?

SocialPilot is ideal for managing multiple accounts, which can be assigned to groups. I love that I can set up a review process for another person in our organization (and/or the client) to approve posts or send back for correction. The calendar feature is also handy for seeing content at a glance or rescheduling posts simply by dragging them to a different date. Drafts also can be assigned a date which is helpful for future content planning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SocialPilot?

I wish the hashtag library was more helpful. I can save groups for future use, but it's all or nothing. I'd rather be able to select/deselect individual hashtags from my library. I'd also love to color-code posts for different accounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SocialPilot?

SocialPilot puts me totally in control of my social media management across every major platform that impacts my business. No more hopping back and forth. I can do it all with SocialPilot Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SocialPilot?

Social Pilot is an easy-to-use tool to schedule social posts and see them in calendar view to ensure good social coverage. The AI Assistant can be helpful to write content for the post, too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SocialPilot?

Photos have to be a specific size to use in SocialPilot. Some photos need to be resized and the ability to do that in Social Pilot is a little wonky and sometimes the photo won't resize correctly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SocialPilot?

I moved from social pilot from hootsuite and so glad I did. The features and pricing is way better. I love how easy it is to do repeat postings without having to make each one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SocialPilot?

SocialPilot is very intuitive- The menus make sense and it has all of the features I could want. I have worked with three other paid subscription services on behalf of clients and this is by far my favorite because of the price, great customer service response time, and user friendly platform. What do you dislike about SocialPilot?

The only downside about Social Pilot has been migrating to their new payment plans. I'm grandfathered into a previous plan, but they keep trying to get me to upgrade to a newer plan that costs more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SocialPilot helps me solve the problem of posting social media for multiple accounts. It does this by allowing me to schedule posts weeks in advance and never have to have the clients passwords. What do you like best about SocialPilot?

Initially one of the big benefits was SocialPilot's ability to publish to Google My Business. When looking for a social media posting tool to use it was a top priority for it include the ability to post to Google My Business profiles.

What do you dislike about SocialPilot?

I have not had great experiences with their customer support so far in the few instances that I have had to reach out to them. One experience in particular seemed like it was open for quite sometime and follow ups/updates about the resolution were almost always initiated by me reaching out and asking for an update.
