Coming from a competitor with many limitations and cost, SocialPilot has been a welcome change. The transititon was so quick and seamless. It's so intuitive and easy to use, the data after posting is really informative and saves us time from having to log into each platform to manually track down data. Customer Support is really quick and they always get our issues resolved quickly. Cross posting has been really fabulous and has saved us so much time.
Clients have really enjoyed the product as we have transferred a few clients from a competitor over as well. It integrates so easily for everyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only downside, in my opinion, is that when I use canva from within social pilot to create content, I cannot access Canva Pro, which I do pay for separately as it has more options with the pro version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that we can have a preview of the posts. This helps a lot to see how the pictures or links are gonna look and I like that we can easily change the position of pictures or titles. I also like that we can see all the delivered posts and that we have the calendar view. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike that sometimes the shcedule posts with links sometimes appear without the pictures and sometimes the pictures are appearing with really low quality. Also, it would be great if we could have more custom dates to see the analytics/performance and not only the last 3 months. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Publishing content is very quick and simple. I really appreciate the single-click option to staggar a post by up to 24 hours when posting to multiple platforms at once, so not everything posts at the exact same moment across all platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The engagement tools are very sparse and limited, there is no universal "inbox" or simple way to monitor likes, comments, replies, retweets, etc all in one place. Excellent alternative to Hootsuite and other popular ones like Buffer. Started using it about 10 years ago and have been using constantly ever since. We never had any issues of any concern with the tool. It had changed and improved a lot as well over that time. Cut and dry it just works and allows you to connect to a couple more different social websites you could connect to Hootsuite/Buffer other competitors. Tagging can sometimes be a chore. I find that you have to be very precise to get the platform to recognize the page you're trying to tag on Facebook, for example. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love that SocialPilot is easy to navigate and implement. New content creators have no problem jumping in and scheduling content for our clients. On the rare occasion we had a question, customer support has been fantastic. They are constantly working on ways to grow and improve the product offering and interface. The features that make Social Pilot my app of choice and make things easy are the hashtag add feature and the post to groups feature. It's really an easy system to employ Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
