What do you like best about SocialPilot?

Coming from a competitor with many limitations and cost, SocialPilot has been a welcome change. The transititon was so quick and seamless. It's so intuitive and easy to use, the data after posting is really informative and saves us time from having to log into each platform to manually track down data. Customer Support is really quick and they always get our issues resolved quickly. Cross posting has been really fabulous and has saved us so much time.

Clients have really enjoyed the product as we have transferred a few clients from a competitor over as well. It integrates so easily for everyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SocialPilot?

The only one would be Facebook Stories, but we got a notification that SocialPilot is launching that feature soon! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SocialPilot solving and how is that benefiting you?

Rather than having to go to each social platform individually we can cross post quickly and easily. When managing multiple client accounts it gets quite cumbersome having to login into multiple accounts, it gets quite tedious. The other major think SocialPilot helped with is cost compared to competitors, as a mid-size business the bloated pricing others offer gets quite overwhelming. What do you like best about SocialPilot?

I am a social media manager, and Social Pilot has helped improve my career and made it easier and faster to get my work done! I can create and schedule posts for all my clients' accounts in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SocialPilot?

The only downside, in my opinion, is that when I use canva from within social pilot to create content, I cannot access Canva Pro, which I do pay for separately as it has more options with the pro version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SocialPilot?

I've been using SocialPilot for quite some time now, and I must say, it has been an absolute game-changer for my social media management needs. The platform is intuitive, user-friendly, and packed with features that make scheduling, managing, and analyzing social media posts a breeze.

What do you like best about SocialPilot?

I like that we can have a preview of the posts. This helps a lot to see how the pictures or links are gonna look and I like that we can easily change the position of pictures or titles. What do you dislike about SocialPilot?

I dislike that sometimes the shcedule posts with links sometimes appear without the pictures and sometimes the pictures are appearing with really low quality. It helps me to schedule posts really easily specially to the different accounts. it helps me to keep track of everything and see the analytics which also helps a lot. maybe I wouldd add more custom dates for the analytics and not only the last three months. What do you like best about SocialPilot?

Publishing content is very quick and simple. I really appreciate the single-click option to staggar a post by up to 24 hours when posting to multiple platforms at once, so not everything posts at the exact same moment across all platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SocialPilot?

The engagement tools are very sparse and limited, there is no universal "inbox" or simple way to monitor likes, comments, replies, retweets, etc all in one place. What problems is SocialPilot solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about SocialPilot?

Excellent alternative to Hootsuite and other popular ones like Buffer. Started using it about 10 years ago and have been using constantly ever since. We never had any issues of any concern with the tool. It had changed and improved a lot as well over that time. Cut and dry it just works and allows you to connect to a couple more different social websites you could connect to Hootsuite/Buffer other competitors. The client posts approval feature was something they originally had that the other tools didn't, but am unsure if it's still like that today. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SocialPilot?

The need for AI. AI that generates the post choosing from images/captions from previous photos/captions from that client, to approve for posting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SocialPilot?

Tagging can sometimes be a chore. I find that you have to be very precise to get the platform to recognize the page you're trying to tag on Facebook, for example. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SocialPilot?

I love that SocialPilot is easy to navigate and implement. New content creators have no problem jumping in and scheduling content for our clients. On the rare occasion we had a question, customer support has been fantastic. They are constantly working on ways to grow and improve the product offering and interface. What do you like best about SocialPilot?

The features that make Social Pilot my app of choice and make things easy are the hashtag add feature and the post to groups feature. It's really an easy system to employ Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SocialPilot?
