What do you like best about SocialPilot?

We've used many other scheduling platforms before and this is by far the best. The AI writer for captions make content scheduling a breeze, the ease of use make it simple yet sophisticated and they are always adapting and creating new features. It's the worth the money. What do you like best about SocialPilot?

we have used SocialPilot since their early days, and grown along with them. We appreciate the ability to get help farily quickly, add our customers and all our accounts easily, and get great analytics too!

What do you like best about SocialPilot?

I love the abilitiy to manage multiple social media accounts for mutliple clients of mine. I can stay organized, easily move scheduled content, customize captions per platform, and review performance metrics right inside my dashboard portal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SocialPilot?

SocialPilot's UX/UI is wonderful for a small agency setting. For reference, we're currently using the platform for anywhere from 6-8 clients at any given time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SocialPilot?

This website is simple and straightforward. There are also a lot of resources to help me if I have any questions. I use it daily and I am amazed at the features being added all of the time. This was an easy transition from my previous software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I completely understand your concern about connecting Instagram without a Facebook login. Currently, Meta's policy mandates this method for Instagram connections, and it's something that not only SocialPilot but also our competitors have to adhere to. What do you like best about SocialPilot?

It allows you to manage all the important acepts of social media in one platform (calendars, mulit-account management, URL shorter, post templates, team access, analytics, and much more). This is a pro tool and it delivers for the cost compared to others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SocialPilot?

Not an issue with SocialPilot but more with how Meta Business works; it can be very difficult to adding several Instagram accounts into the system. For personal Instagram accounts, the tool doesn't really scale as if it was a professional or business Instagram account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Regarding Instagram, there are certain restrictions imposed by the social platforms, not just specific to SocialPilot but also affecting our competitors. For personal Instagram accounts, direct publishing from the platform is not be possible due to API limitations.

What do you like best about SocialPilot?

Really easy to use, and very cost effective. As an agency for social media management, the options available are generous and make scheduling social posts easy to implement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only thing I think needs work is the dashboard upon signing in. Instead of showing all accounts, it would be better to have a create post button/dashboard widget, and a calendar to see upcoming posts scheduled. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
