The best feature that we've noticed so far about Smith.ai is the communication. They are completely transparent, detailed, and straightforward in all interactions. This has been the case from our onboarding specialist Daniel, to our account executive Andrew, and the miscellaneous support staff with whom I've also had the pleasure of corresponding. They are always very prompt in their response. It's also clear that they not only communicate well with their clients, but they communicate well internally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far we haven't run into much to dislike. I anticipate there could be bumps in the road in the future as that's how life goes, but I have trust in the organization (based on my experience so far) that we'll be able to resolve any issues that arise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One of the best features of Smith.Ai software is their integration with our CRM, Wealthbox. They are able to send a one way push of information which will add the caller as a contact, publish the call notes that are duplicated on the dashboard, and also add their appointment to our calendar. This has been a big time saver for the admin staff who used to manually input all of that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The main flaw with the software is that when you are on the dashboard and click into a lead to view the call details, whenever you back out of the lead it takes you all the way to the dashboard landing page and therefore the most recent call list. It is not a big deal but rather an annoyance as sometimes we audit calls that are several pages into the history list and it requires a few extra clicks to navigate back to the section of calls. I like that the phone is answered by someone in North America with no major accent and that they get the number and type of caller for me. I like how willing they are to modify and personalize the service for me. and, no contract! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I thought the cost would be high. It seems scary, having a limit of 30 calls for 255. What I found was since they do not bill for advert calls, and spam calls, those are not counted against my calls that are leads. So, works perfect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Smith.ai did an excellent job of porting and transitioning our company into their system. I would beg to say we are one of their more complicated non-law firm clients. It wasn't a completely smooth transition, but most of the few small bumps were either out of their control or my own doing. Great company that effuses positive energy. What I like best about Smith.ai virtual receptionists is that the virtual receptionist/outbound call services they provide are hugely valuable, and they do a great job at doing them day in and day out. The best thing about Smith.ai is that maintaining a receptionist gives an appearance of prestige to our business. When a receptionist answers the phone on your behalf, it signals to customers that your business is a formal organization with a refined workflow. If you do not be careful using smith.ai it might cost you customers. Using smith.ai we believe there is a risk of losing customers, even worse, some customers won’t tolerate automation.
