**What do you like best about SureCall Experts?**

The agents put a great amount of detail into what the message or issue the client is calling with.

**What do you dislike about SureCall Experts?**

I think the agent could go a little further... 90% of our issues are because of a pre-authorization issue that needs to be explained to the caller... they haven't really cought on to this and calls concerning this issue take effort on our end to correct...

**Recommendations to others considering SureCall Experts:**

I like them to communicate with the caller that If it was on a credit card: Please know that our machines have sensors on them that can tell when the item has been dispensed. So it may show that it was pre-authorized for up to a week. But if the item didn’t dispense, then… it should disappear off your card

As of now, we are having to follow up on all these and could be addressed on the initial call.

**What problems is SureCall Experts solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Some issues we have had before have been addressed well and followed up on to make sure... things like client communication understanding of what the agent is saying.

**What do you like best about SureCall Experts?**

They have all the details about the businesses on their screens. They come across as efficient and knowledgeable.  This is most impressive for clients seeking detailed answers.

**What do you dislike about SureCall Experts?**

They seem to be in very high demand so getting a new account setup with them can take a few weeks, one client that had a very complex account took over a month.

**Recommendations to others considering SureCall Experts:**

They are award winning in their industry and it shows.  The level of professionalism and experience on calls makes it sound like they are the client.  Great outsourced option.

We have many mutual clients and they assist them with 24-7 call center services.  We always get great feedback and rave reviews about their call handling skills

SureCall is the after-hours voice services provider for us. Surecall asks a few questions, and if the end-user indicates it is an emergency, they would forward the call to the on-call team

We do get complaints of customers struggling to understand call centre staff.

Good experience,  give them a try!

Filtering calls that aren't pertaining to self storage. 
Less wasted time for staff.

**What do you like best about SureCall Experts?**

We have a complex business and very high net worth clients and we require fast and professional service at any time, day or night.  They integrated directly with our booking calendar and handle everything confidentially and to our customer's full satisfaction.  SureCall makes our company more profitable and appreciated compared to our competition.

We had to wait about 4 weeks for account setup as they are busy, but well worth the wait!

Excellent company for quality front-line services.  They handle our calls and inquiries better than we did.

Customer satisfaction is tremendously high having SureCall as our Contact Center.  We missed a lot of bookings and sales opportunities after hours before having the service, our revenues and growth has been exceptional.

Friendly team and easy to work with. SureCall continues to have excellent communication with its clients. The agents are professional and always go above and beyond to help.

The downside is the limitations we have on using their services due to the complexity of our products and services. This is something we will work on resolving.

Excellent support was provided.

We conduct monthly QA, and their team quickly provides ongoing training to SureCall agents when there is a training opportunity. Problems are resolved immediately and with care.

I wasn't able to renew my Company's property lease to SureCall Experts because we were unable to offer competitive terms and conditions.

Not a lot, to be honest. Of course, a contact center can never know you as well as you know yourself and your business, but SureCall Experts has been around a long time and has a deep well of experience to draw from.

SureCall is our after hours answering service. They take the calls on evenings and weekends and send them to our on call managers  or agents that have a message. They are also providing service for calls in our Property Management division.

**What do you like best about SureCall Experts?**

Surecall is always willing to work with us to improve our customer service after hours.

**What do you dislike about SureCall Experts?**

Still alot of work to be done with how calls are answered but nothing is perfect and we are always working with them to make sure everything goes smooth.

At this time we do not have any issues that need to be solved. But as I said they are always willing to work with us to improve the way our calls are being handled.

SureCall is always professional, open to suggestions, feedback, and criticism, and very flexible. When our policies change, they adapt seamlessly along with us.

**What do you dislike about SureCall Experts?**

By the nature of SureCall's hiring and payment scale, they will more often than not employ younger, relatively inexperienced staff members. This has not affected our relationship with them negatively but could be something to watch out for.

Give SureCall a chance for your customer-facing needs. They are reliable, professional, and flexible.

SureCall provides LiveChat and email services for our large online company. They provide bilingual staffing 24/7 and have taken the load off of our internal team from being directly customer-facing.

SureCall has been managing our emergency line for approximately 8 years. They are very responsive to my requests for changes and information. They've been able to provide helpful information to address gaps in our call system quickly and when I need it.

They are quick to respond and are willing to provide additional information as I requested to better understand the type of calls we're receiving and how our emergency line is working.

I don't have anything negative to say about SureCall. They always do their best to get me the information I need when I ask for it and go above and beyond to satisfy my requests.

We've been using SureCall as our 24 hour emergency response line. The purpose of the line is to give our people a line to connect with our emergency response team and provide support when needed.

We were looking for a call center to eliminate direct support calls. Surecall has assisted us in doing exactly that effectively.

Effective customer service both internally and externally.

**What do you dislike about SureCall Experts?**

Occasionally the triage at the call center gets it wrong. The same team appears to be working for us which is great as they are learning what we require on the job.

Surecall has assisted us to reduce volume of calls by through excellent customer service. This has really had an enormous impact on us and the way we handle customer support. There internal management teams are effective at communicating with us including monthly reports and it has been a pleasure working with their team to make campaign changes. I would highly recommend them and will continue to expand our service with them as our operation grows.

For many years Dixon Networks has grown to depend on SureCall to manage the calls for emergency repairs that we respond to 24/7.

**What do you like best about SureCall Experts?**

Surecall is completely dependable to communicate the urgent priorities that Dixon responds to.  Emergency services call Surecall and then share the same confidence in Dixon's response as when the public calls 911 for emergency services to assist.

**What do you dislike about SureCall Experts?**

Infrequently, necessary details required for Dixon to respond are not effectively communicated to Dixon's rotating manager.

Not much, they did call us when we didn't get back to them in a timely fashion, but that is a positive not a negative.

think about what you are after as an endpoint and then listen to their suggestions

Sorting through after-hours callers to know which ones are under service contracts that have emergency service privileges.  This has removed that burden from our techs

They are 24/7, including holidays!  They take the call and patch them through to the appropriate person. If no one is available they provide an immediate email to a JPL resource for followup.

Nothing.  Our relationship has been for almost 10 years and works well.

They have been a great long term partner to our business and i would highly recommend their services!

Their service eliminates problems with time zones and having one resource manage our phones that closes when another geography is still open.

We have had several instances where we needed to go back in time and have accurate tracking of events, they were more than willing and capable to deliver us what we needed in order to perform the audit.

That there is no guesswork between interactions with our users.  Each call is put through the same flow and process so we can be confident that each caller is handled the same.

**What do you dislike about SureCall Experts?**

Nothing as of yet, everything has been smooth during the years we have been with them.

We need to have an afterhours system of call management.  using SureCall allows us to be here for our users 24/7 regardless of country or timezone the user is from.

They cutomized what we needed and even adjusted the price point so we can afford this. It's been an absolutely key part of our organization.

Nothing. So far, it's been outstanding. There are no problems.

SureCall handles our emergency phone system

After each phone call, they provide an email summary to everyone on the call list.  This is super efficient in being able to respond to emergencies.

**What do you dislike about SureCall Experts?**

Rarely (but it has happened in the past) they've sent an email saying we've been contacted by someone, when no one on the phone list was actually contacted.

**What problems is SureCall Experts solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We respond to emergency calls, although most aren't actual emergencies.  SureCall is very reliable and creates an efficient way of handling the issues from callers.
