**What do you like best about AnswerConnect?**

The platform is super user friendly and reliable, it helps us stay connected with our clients and applicants 24/7 without missing a beat. It's a massive relief knowing that our calls are being handled professionally after hours and when we're busy with someone in person. Also the service is super flexible allowing us to scale up or down depending on our scheduling needs!

I can't really think about anything we dislike. I just wish I had learned about them sooner!

I would recommend them to other businesses who are always trying to do more in less time or who are trying to appear to be larger than they are while they are growing. They've helped us scale throughout our high growth periods and are now part of our overall everyday strategy. They really take the time to try to understand our specific needs and offer ideas on how we can use their tools to multiply ourselves.

As a Staffing Agency, every call represents a potential candidate or client opportunity. With AnswerConnect we never have to worry about missing an opportunity again! We previously had our internal accounting team managing incoming calls and routing them to the appropriate SSS personnel — but that process wasn’t as effective as we needed it to be. We saw an opportunity to improve efficiency by implementing AnswerConnect, and it’s already helping drive more closed business!

People in the costomer service are nice but it seems that this company can not controle their own system:(

This service is absolute disaster, wish to never work with them

Poor service,not delivering what was promised, incompetence to solve their technical issues, this company is hearting our company, avoid to using them for any cost!
We are not receiving a phone calls from our customers and they are not able to fix that!

Thier availability at all times on multiple channels like phones and emails. they are very organized

Really they are so good that i struggle to pick a hole in thier operations.

Answering connect is helping my company to manage the large influx of calls we recieve from our customers effectively without human intervention.

the virtual receptionist screen callers and provide response to questions asked by callers on our behalf. they book appointments and take feedbacks on our behalf. This has greatly enhanced our productivity and effectiveness as a company

Agents are great for the most part, I also like being able to go back to call records and history if needed.

Not all agents / reps are as friendly / knowledgeable as expected. Some don't follow the script / attitude is not up to par.

I used AnswerConnect at a small business studio, we get a lot of general inquiries and appointment confirmations. AnswerConnect helped us with customer calls so we can focus on running the programs at the studio.

AnswerConnect has been with our company since its inception. They continue to provide around-the-clock services to our staff and our clientele. They are resourceful, thorough, and consistent. I have used many answering services in my time as an Administrator and Manager, but the product and service they provide far outweighs what I have experienced with others. We have never had an issue, and every interaction I have had with team members has been super pleasant! When you pair this with the cost, it isn't difficult to see how superior AnswerConnect is compared to similar services! We plan on being partners for years to come! Thank you, AnswerConnect!

**What do you like best about AnswerConnect?**

Their reliability and consistency. They provide a service and have yet to let us down. They have an excellent, easy-to-use platform, as well as an app- which makes my life easier.

The only "pitfall" I can say is that we don't have as many unanswered calls as their lowest tiered plan- but the lack of issues and reliability makes up for this tenfold.

**Recommendations to others considering AnswerConnect:**

If you need a consistent and PLEASANT answering service look no further. The setup process is clean, concise and thorough. You get to modify prompts to fit YOUR company and YOUR needs, which is pretty awesome. We have NEVER had a complaint from a patient about the service they receive when speaking to an AnswerConnect agent, and that has been a singular experience in and of itself. Also, you can't beat the price.

We never miss a call. We work in the healthcare field, and understand how frustrating it can be to have an emergency and not hear from your provider promptly. AnswerConnect has helped us from falling into the "abandoned patient" category.

**Describe the project or task AnswerConnect helped with:**

I needed our front desk team in the Philippians to take calls on the computer system instead of a physical phone. Answer Connect made it possible to do that, plus they tested it out before I left the call. They also set up the company's computer voice messaging system (because I didn't want to use my voice). They configured everything in a fantastic amount of time, were super professional, and listened to what I wanted.  This was an effortless set up and not complex at all. I understood everything they were doing, and they showed me other free options I was not even aware of. LOVE IT!

The response/turn around time, the professionalism, and how detailed they were.

I wished I had known about the many features and options they had from when I first signed on with them.

I have asked for help for numerous things, and Answerconnect is always available to answer my questions without frusteration. There hasn't been a time they haven't been able to help. And they follow up to make sure everything is well. I wish more companies did that!

The quick responses and willingness to respond right away. They try to please their customers and do a good job at it. Easy to walk through directions with quick respond time.

**What do you dislike about AnswerConnect?**

Its only a minor thing, since you are asking, but we would love to be able to drop the minutes back down to 100, but understand that that is such a small amount that most people don't want.

I would do it!

Answer connect has made our business thrive while we take time off to sleep. It puts us at peace of mind knowing someone is there to answer our phones for us, and can communicate if there are any emergancies.

Marilyn helped us and answered all of the questions we had! She said she would email us after the call and did so within minutes. She explained everything very clearly in a way we understood. We would definitely recommend.

We appreciate that Marilyn was able to explain how we could better customize our service. We can tell she really cares!

The one difficult thing is we don't feel we can customize reports ourselves. More features for that would be great!

They are great at answering every phone call, following our script, and forwarding all of new client calls. I cannot be happier with their service. They instantly make any change you request. They have helped our business grow! I absolutely love this company.

I like that they will forward my new client calls to my cell phone. If we do not answer right away, a client may call another attorney. So the fact that they immeditatly forward calls is helpful

Nothing. I think they are a great company. I've never had any issues.

I love that the Representatives that Answer the phones are local. I have many options with Answer Connect, and I also love that they offer Spanish-speaking representatives to answer calls.  Living in Miami, that's an essential element. The prices are also very affordable for small business owners.

I'm impressed so far; I can't think of anything I dislike yet.

They respond very quickly to requests, call me to ensure the changes are correct. My clients like the people who answer the phones. They are accurate on taking the numbers and names.

I would like to have an assigned person on my phone so they can answer more questions when people ask for the same thing.

I deployed Answerconnect for a few small businesses. It was great using them. As a growth marketer, I had a very complex structure for lead response in mind. Answerconnect spentt plenty of time with me on the calls to customize a solution to my needs.

**What do you like best about AnswerConnect?**

Their tech team was great at integrating our complicated software to their platform. They were very responsive and accommodating to our schedule.

This is more of a wishlist than dislike but if they were to add an outbound structure to their system would be awesome

The problem was not having a receptionist even during covid.

I like that Answerconnect can handle my calls when I need to conduct business or simply take some time to myself. The receptionists are professional and my clients feel like they are simply part of my staff. 24/7 answering helps both my business and sanity. 

**What do you dislike about AnswerConnect?**

The reporting for call details and types of calls could use some work. It would be great if there was a more visual option like my CRM.

If you are tired of missing calls and webchats them it is time to try AnswerConnect. They feel like an extension of my company instead of a service.
