What I love about SmartWinnr, is their flexibility and openness to new ideas. When we went to them with this entirely new and creative way to launch a product, they were very gung ho about developing this as a new feature. SmartWinnr helps our field sales team for effective sales planning, coaching, performance tracking, incentive management and training. A single app that works in phone, iPad and web browser helps both the reps and the managers to get real-time information on sales. The app integrates with multiple data sources like SAP, Veeva etc. to bring the right insights. The coaching module is very robust with structured planning process and country/franchise wise customization option. The customer support is also top notcht!
