**What do you like best about SmartWinnr?**

What I value most is that SmartWinnr helps us move from passive training to actual practice. In pharma, it is not enough for a rep to just read content or attend a session. They need to be able to explain product value clearly, respond to objections, stay within approved messaging, and handle real conversations with confidence. The roleplays feel natural and the avatar does not just wait for a scripted answer. It asks follow-up questions, challenges the rep, and keeps the conversation moving. It also gives trainers like me a more realistic picture of who is ready and who still needs support. We can assign practice by role, region, or team. The reports are detailed enough to be useful without feeling too heavy.  Importantly, I can point to the exact moment where the message was unclear or an objection was not handled well.

There is not much to dislike in day-to-day use.

**What problems is SmartWinnr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem it solves for us is the gap between training completion and actual readiness. Earlier, someone could attend a session, complete a module, and still not be ready to handle a live product conversation. As trainers, we knew that knowledge alone was not enough, but it was hard to assess communication quality at scale.

**What do you like best about SmartWinnr?**

Smartwinnr AI roleplays fit the realities of pharma sales reps, and the AI roleplay experience is particularly strong. We mainly use it because our reps need to be very sharp when they are in front of HCPs. Earlier, we relied on classroom training for my team, which was very time-consuming and heavily dependent on the trainer’s availability. With Smartwinnr AI roleplay, our team can practice HCP conversations much more effortlessly and consistently.

In smartwinnr i don't find any issues as of now.

**What problems is SmartWinnr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest issue we face is maintaining consistent messaging across a large field force. Smartwinnr addresses this very effectively with gamified learning that motivates our reps to keep practicing continuously. As a result, we’ve seen stronger confidence among the reps, better objection handling, and more consistent training that they can do on their own.

**What do you like best about SmartWinnr?**

What I like most about SmartWinnr is how it makes learning more engaging for my reps. Keeping field teams interested in training has always been a challenge, and this platform genuinely helps with that. I’ve noticed a clear difference in how my team performs in the field since we started using it. The AI roleplay feature stands out in particular because it gives reps a chance to practice realistic scenarios, sharpen their approach, and build confidence.

As of now every thing is good, no dislikes as of now

One problem my team has faced is a fear of being judged when I, or other senior team members, do 1:1 training with them. Since Smartwinnr came into the picture, our reps don’t seem to have that judgment fear anymore, and we’ve seen a lot of improvement.

What I like most about Smartwinnr is how it simplifies training and makes it genuinely useful for our field teams. Previously, our training sessions were mostly filled with lengthy presentations, and to be honest, keeping everyone engaged was a bit of a struggle. With Smartwinnr, we can break down product knowledge into bite-size modules, like quizzes, so our reps can complete them in just a few minutes throughout their day.

Honestly, I don’t have anything major to dislike about SmartWinnr. Overall, my experience has been positive, and I haven’t run into any significant issues so far. As for the UI/UX, it’s pretty clean and smooth for day-to-day use, and the support has been really fast whenever I’ve needed help.

Smartwinnr has been a game changer for my team and me in tackling one of our biggest difficulties: ensuring our reps maintain consistent product knowledge and messaging. In the past, training felt like a one-off event, and we struggled to understand how much our reps were actually applying it in real-life scenarios. Now we can deliver ongoing learning in a bite-sized format, which helps us reinforce essential brand messages, communicate clearly about indications, and handle objections more effectively. **What do you like best about SmartWinnr?**

Setup of AI Roleplay product of SmartWinnr was simple. Discussions with the support team was enlighting, as they helped me get the grasp of the product. Our reps practice real conversations with follow ups and timely objections that don't feel like its scripted. To name a few, their feature such as screen share practice lets them present our slides while the avatar questions what is on screen. Grading is consistent because rubrics are weighted, and to add on it, we just had to incorporate our existing rubrics into their platform, which was a big plus. The reporting is trainer friendly. I can see AI score, keyword coverage, per question answers, transcripts, and so much more. “Top videos” help me showcase good calls for new batches. Overall its a robust platofrm that helps me save many hours.

**What do you dislike about SmartWinnr?**

I have no complaints so far, everything has gone smoothly up to this point.

New advisors require a quick path to confidence, along with consistent messaging and smooth handoffs. In the past, we depended on slide reviews and webinars, which helped people grasp the concepts but didn’t prepare them for real-time conversations. With SmartWinnr, I can launch a brief course, include an AI roleplay, and certify readiness. Representatives get to practice needs analysis, suitability questions, objection handling, and policy clarifications. Managers are able to coach based on clear evidence rather than assumptions. This approach speeds up onboarding, ensures message delivery remains consistent, and keeps compliance language within approved guidelines.

I run Sales Force Automation. I need every rep to follow the same workflow. SmartWinnr helps me roll out process changes fast. I publish a short module, add a quick quiz, and target the right roles by BU, zone, and therapy. Reps learn how to log calls, tag activities, and use the right fields. Managers see completion and scores without extra sheets. I like certifications before feature releases. A team must pass the module before we open a new SFA workflow. It keeps the data clean and the rollout smooth.

Everything is working well so far, and I am able to use it as many times as I need.

**What problems is SmartWinnr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had uneven SFA adoption. New hires learned different steps in different regions. Data quality suffered. Cycle meeting follow through took too long. Now we send one approved process, certify the team, and track gaps. Reps learn detailing flow, sampling rules, and activity tagging in one place. Post-cycle refreshers keep behavior steady. **What do you like best about SmartWinnr?**

I work in IMCM, so my biggest challenge is keeping different customer-facing teams on the same, approved story. SmartWinnr makes that much easier. I can publish an approved product/molecule narrative, add a short assessment, and assign it only to the field or digital team that needs it. The part I like most is the AI roleplays. They let teams practice objections and scenario-based conversations before going live in a campaign. The avatar stays in context and asks follow-ups, so people cannot just memorize a script. That is useful in a company like Bayer where our portfolio spans several therapeutic and crop-science areas and we must stay consistent with brand and compliance guidance.

My team had a seamless experience working with smartwinnr, and there were no complaints throughout the process.

**What problems is SmartWinnr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In multichannel, we roll out messages across sales, inside teams, digital journeys, and sometimes partner teams. If even one group uses an outdated line, it shows. Before this, training was in decks and mailers. We had low visibility on who was actually ready. Now we can push the approved message or campaign briefing. Let people practice it in AI roleplays (with objections and follow-ups), test with a quiz inside the LMS, see who needs coaching and more. This dramatically shortens onboarding for new people joining IMCM teams, keeps campaigns consistent, and reduces back-and-forth with compliance/medical. **What do you like best about SmartWinnr?**

From an admin side the best part is how little manual work I have to do. I can create a training, set the audience, and the right people see it on desktop or app and its just too easy to do, moreover the User management is simple. When new employees join or teams change, I don’t have to add people one by one, as the assignments go to the right roles. The reporting screen is clear, so I can tell Training or Ops exactly who completed, who is pending, and who failed an assessment. Creating small courses, SOP updates, and product/process refreshers is quick, so our trainers don’t have to depend on IT every time.

There isn't really anything to complain about overall, everything is quite good.

**What problems is SmartWinnr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are rolling out trainings to different functions at the same time. Earlier, we didn’t have proof that everyone completed a new process or customer-handling update. Now we can show it, and importantly the trainers build the content, I publish it, and managers get the report. It’s faster to onboard new hires, and it’s easier to push small updates without creating a long classroom session.

**What do you like best about SmartWinnr?**

So, I needed every customer-facing team to speak in the same language about our devices: what the product does, what problem it solves, what can and cannot be claimed, and how to respond to basic media or customer queries. SmartWinnr's LMS makes that easy. I can upload a new communication guideline, add a short quiz, assign it to sales, service, marketing, or inside teams, and see who actually read it. Role-based assignment is very useful because regulatory language for medical equipment is not the same as a general marketing line. Reports are straightforward, so I can show leadership that the field has been trained before a launch.

Integration was hassle-free and the overall usage has been great, no compliants from our end.

In medical equipment manufacturing, we cannot afford mixed messaging in the field. Earlier, a launch deck, a regulatory note, and a PR line would go out separately. We had no confirmation that sales or regional teams were using the latest version. Now we put the approved statement, objection handling lines, and do/don’t wording in SmartWinnr, test it, and track it. This reduces rework for PR, protects the brand, and helps us stay aligned with compliance. It also speeds up launches because training and messaging go out together.

**What do you like best about SmartWinnr?**

As a National Training Manager I need one platform that works for every region, every function and every batch of new hires and SmartWinnr does that. I can create a structured path for sales, service, customer support, or clinical teams and roll it out nationwide on the same day. Role based assignment is very useful and a sales user does not see lab content and a support user does not see field content. The quiz builder is quick, so I can add an assessment to any update and confirm understanding. The reports make it simple to show leadership which states or zones have completed training and which ones are pending.

I'm really enjoying the product, and I have to say that their support team is outstanding.

So earlier, trainers in different regions ran their own versions of the same program. Content quality was uneven. Tracking was manual but now with SmartWinnr we release one approved course, send it to the right audience, test it, and track it. This helps when we launch a new digital service, change a process, or refresh customer communication guidelines. New employees come up to speed faster and the existing employees get small refreshers instead of long classes. It also gives us proof of training for audits and internal reviews.

We manage multiple labs and collection centers across South, and process discipline is critical for us thus we were looking for a platform that has solutions that can help us keep every product/company messaging in check while training various teams with ease. Comes smartwinnr, and we are blown away by their LMS capabilities, its just perfect. Reporting is clean. I can see location-wise completion and quickly share it with quality and ops. It fits well with how Lupin Diagnostics runs a fast-growing, accredited network across cities in the South.

We are pleased with both the support provided and how easy the product is to use and intregeation also.

Quality teams spend a lot of time proving that training actually happened. With SmartWinnr, I don’t have to chase every center. I can show that a new pre-analytical instruction or transport guideline was sent, learned, and assessed. That supports our NABL/ISO way of working and is useful when we expand labs and RRLs in the South like Bengaluru and Chennai. It also shortens onboarding when we add new staff at collection points.

We have technicians, phlebotomists and contact-center staff and collection center teams spread across multiple cities. SmartWinnr lets us push one version of an SOP or quality update to everyone and then confirm they actually learned it. I like the short-module format and the quick quiz builder with AI capabilities. If our lab ops team publishes a new pre-analytical guideline or packaging instruction, I can turn that into a learning activity and assign it to the right role in minutes, which has been a real time saver for us. Reporting is straightforward, so I can share completion and scores with ops and HR without exporting five different files.

No complaints so far from us. Their team is really supportive.

Diagnostics is detail heavy thus a missed step in sample collection, transport or report handling can affect turnaround time and patient experience. We used to depend on mailers and shared folders. There was no guarantee every center saw the update. Now we can, Publish the SOP or change note, Map it to the exact role (phlebotomy, front desk, logistics, lab), Test for understanding, Show leadership that the update is closed. This supports consistent service across cities, faster onboarding of new staff as we expand collection points, and better readiness for NABL/CAP-style audits because training evidence sits in one place.

One of the things that i have loved about SmartWinnr's LMS, is that it lets us run all training for our medical equipment operations in one place. We can roll out SOP updates, product handling guidelines, service workflows, and quality steps as short modules. Their Smart quiz builder is quick, so we can check understanding after a new process is released. Assigning by role works well because production, service, and sales teams don’t all need the same content. Reporting makes it easy to show managers who is trained and who isn’t.

There isn't much to say, but the integration process went smoothly and everything worked well. It was a good experience overall.

One needs to understand that in medical equipment manufacturing, we cannot afford outdated SOPs on the floor. Earlier, content sat in folders and emails. We didn’t always know if a technician or a sales engineer had actually read the update. Now we assign it, test it, and track it. As a trainer at Lupin Digital, I like that I can create a short, focused module, attach a quick quiz, and assign it only to the people who need it. We run clinical, product, and support trainings for different teams, so role-based assignment is very useful. The quiz builder is simple. I can check understanding in a minute. Reports tell me who finished, who scored low, and which topic needs a refresher. That makes follow up training much easier.

I haven't been very satisfied using this product within our organization.

We have teams in different locations and functions. When a new process, product flow, or customer handling guideline is released, we need everyone trained quickly. Earlier this was over email and PPT. We couldn’t confirm completion. With SmartWinnr we assign, test, and track. New joiners ramp faster. Existing staff get periodic refreshers. It supports quality and customer experience targets.

What matters to me is I always know my next task. Lessons are short and specific to my role and quizzes take a not more than a minute. Results show what I missed and how to fix it, I can complete training on desktop at the start of shift. The app works when I have a few spare minutes and certificates show up right after I pass.

I haven't encountered any issues so far the workflow with them has been very smooth.

We open or convert new properties and need staff job ready from day one, so goSTOPS transforms and operates properties under a common brand, with central HR, quality, and training support. SmartWinnr lets us give new hires a clear path for their role, from Front desk staff learn system check in flow, tone with guests, and upsell scripts to Housekeeping learns room and dorm standards. Community managers learn event guidelines and safety. Each path has quizzes, not just PDFs. Keeping retention high and that's a big win for us overall and Implementation is seamless.

All the components of their LMS is well built.

Ramp time used to vary a lot by city as some managers were great trainers and some were not. That created uneven guest experience for a brand built around social spaces, cleanliness, and 24x7 service for young travelers. Now every new hire starts with the same baseline content on service, safety, and escalation. We can prove completion before we let them run a shift alone. Our rehiring cost is lower because people feel supported, not dropped in.

If I have to put it simply the biggest win is consistency. We operate in several cities and each hostel needs to feel like goSTOPS, and guests expect the same vibe. Clean bunks to Friendly check in to Quick help and social spaces that feel active and safe for young travelers. SmartWinnr lets us push one standard way to greet, upsell add ons, handle complaints, and close night audit. Staff learn it in bite sized pieces on their phone. I can see if someone has finished training before I put them on a busy shift.

Small hiccups but nothing major. The support team is brilliant.

Frontline mistakes used to come from confusion, not attitude and different managers would explain the same rule in different words. Now we publish one clear SOP with a short quiz, thus housekeeping knows the cleaning order for dorm beds and bathrooms. Cafe staff know food handling steps and same goes for front desk as they know when to escalate. We spend less time correcting after the fact and more time hosting.

The quiz builder is fast and simple. I can build a check on a new SOP in a minute and assign it to the right city team. The reporting tells me who has taken it, who scored well, and who needs coaching.

Trainers can reuse each other's material instead of rebuilding from scratch, which saves a lot of time. Reporting is stronger now too. SmartWinnr now acts as one place for our field teams and managers and it pulls performance data from different internal systems several times a day and shows effort and sales in near real time. Managers do not need to wait for a manual report and reps can see where they stand and what they still need to work on. The same platform also runs onboarding, ongoing training, coaching follow ups, and short nudges, so people get both the data and the guidance in the flow of work. The coaching form opens fast, matches our POA sections, and submits without fussDuring POA reviews I ask the MR to open SmartWinnr and we look at the performance dashboards together. I can see what was planned, what is done, and what is still pending in one place, so the review stays focused.
We also started using the newer AI roleplay dashboard during onboarding and refreshers. When a rep presents slides, the AI asks about what is on the screen. After the session I get a clear summary with key moments, objections covered, and a short list of videos I can share with managers.

In the last few months the field coaching workflow has become tighter. The end-of-month and end-of-quarter reports now mirror our format and show completed coachings and pending submissions for each FLSM and SLSM in one view. That makes follow ups simple. Our Plan of Action template was also refined to our wording. MRs, FLSMs and SLSMs fill the same sections every time, so reviews are consistent across markets. On the iPad and mobile the app is stable, as the managers can open a coaching form on the spot, add clear comments and submit while still in the field. The support team has been responsive when we ask for small reporting tweaks, those changes have stuck and we are using them every month.

Since last year and more we have moved all onboarding into SmartWinnr. SmartFeeds help me drip key points during week one and week two, so new hires are not sitting through long classes. Their SmartQuiz adjusts to what each person missed and the heat map shows gaps by team and region. K-Hub keeps product decks and guides in one place and search is fast and offline access helps when the network is weak. Now when it comes to reports they are easy & simple as I can filter by manager, export a CSV and share it in our weekly review, which keeps the ball moving without any hiccups. We also added AI roleplays to onboarding, making reps present their slides and the AI asks about what is on the screen, managers popping up with the MRs to run the simulation and practice together. The post-call view gives clear coaching points, with AI score, and so much more that it saves a lot hours for our trainers & managers.

We’ve started using the screen-share roleplays. When our MRs presents slides, the AI simulation asks questions about what is on screen, which feels close to a real call. The refreshed post-call analytics is also useful as i get a clear read on objections handled, keywords covered and coverage of key points, and so much more. Overall engagement has stayed high with these updates, and the most important aspect of their AI roleplay has been that it is not scripted, the AI simulation adapts as per the conversation, which makes the repetations interesting as well.

The incentive statement is detailed and transparent so for example, a  can trace every line without calling me. **What do you like best about SmartWinnr?**

Smartwinnr's gamified leaderboard excites and engages our reps for healthy competition across various different regions. people check the app to see where they stand. smartfeeds and quick quizzes land straight on their phones, so training happens in the small gaps between calls.

**What do you dislike about SmartWinnr?**

All good. A few issues came up but they were taken care by our designated CSMs and support team.

**What problems is SmartWinnr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is really easy to send reps refreshers on the product or company to study/learn/train through smartfeeds. Platform also takes care of getting our reps to complete the given material by sending nudges and updates for the ones who have done it in real time. All in one dashboard.

**What do you like best about SmartWinnr?**

I can set up a simple learning path for any rollout, like short video, a note, a quick quiz and then a certificate and push it to the right teams in one click. Their khub helps a lot as the search of any content is fast and easy to locate, and a major plus for us is the mobile app that comes in handy all the time. Smartfeeds is also another tool that comes in handy for quick refreshers scheduling to send.

**What do you dislike about SmartWinnr?**

Nothing to call out as their support team and CSMs are quick at resolving any minor issues we faced.

**What problems is SmartWinnr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a single system for content, sharing of knowledge, attendance and assesment, with certification as managing cluster of files, emails, and sheets was a big hassle. Smartwinnr's LMS solves all of this and more.

**What do you like best about SmartWinnr?**

More than a year has passed I am impressed with SmartWinnr's platform. Their targeted LMS solution helps us train seemlessly. Their mobile app works great and offline as well which helps us a lot. Using their smartpaths to created highly targted learning journeys makes a difference and we can vouch for that as we can see the numbers going up. Really happy with smartwinnr.

**What do you like best about SmartWinnr?**

Building a learning path with smartwinnr is easy since I got prebuild industry specific modules and resources. Certificates get automatic iissues based on performance. I like the dashboard as it includes surveys, quizzes, reports and easy to see what's next for learners. Surveys before and after the training makes it easy to collect info without any extra tool.

**What do you dislike about SmartWinnr?**

Not so much, Support team responds quickly to queries.

**What problems is SmartWinnr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before smartwinnr, we use to pull data from different places and spend time putting it all together. Now progress, completions and knowledge analytics of each rep live together in one place. I can filter by team or manager and download a clean file and move on. onboarding and launch refreshers are reusable we don't rebuild the same journey everytime.

**What do you like best about SmartWinnr?**

After a year or so, their Bulk upload is smoother and tagged question banks are easy to manage. With Randomization and versioning help control leaks which has always been a plus. Heat maps highlight gaps by topic and team making the scheduled campaigns with reminders lift completion.

Nearaly two years later, and the experience has been same, great.

We use SmartWinnr to send regular quizzes to our MRs in our division. Quizzes can be on product, brand positioning, composition, compliance and more.

Short video bites and in-lession quizzes are one of the highlights for me, it keeps our reps engaged without dragging them into a day-long sessions. I can simply with one click get pull proof of completion and scores in seconds. There learning path is organized in a way that fits our coaching style.

No issues as such, the platform was very smooth.

Recertification was a big hassle of our internal team as with 10k plus employees, the pile of emails, sheets and various other hiccups made it a nightmare. Now we can simple do it all under one platform, and get all the information in one dashboard.

We launch contests weekly and partner quizzes in minutes. Through SmartWinnr's learning solution we could achieve 96% of engagement. And most importantly we can track points, reward status and course completion in one view.no more chasing spreadsheets or whatsapp updates.

Nothing. Whenever we raise a ticket, the support team takes care of it quickly.

Earlier we had to maintain too many sheets and emails to keep track of partner training records and contest scores. SmartWinnr puts all the courses, attendance, and certificates in one place, sending auto-reminders if someone fails behind, and gives us clean reports for regulatory audits. And internally our trainers have saved time and completed courses without any hassle.

There were a lot of classroom sessions happening across the country. t was an enormous taske to record attendance and keep a report of every classroom session for audit purposes. SmartWinnr has automated attendance across any type of learning journey. It has saved a lot of time and reporting is very good. Gamify the winners through vouchers increased participation in field teams.

Nothing as such. Liked the support team’s responses and smooth experience.

Required a LMS that is compliant with banking regulations and could handle rollout to close to 30,000 people. The rollout was smooth with good integrations. The quality of reports was great with good participation from field teams due to gamification of winners through vouchers

**What do you like best about SmartWinnr?**

Smartwinnr's kHub is our central shelf for all our doctor facing materials and training docs. Now we don't have to dig deep and keep the various versions sheets and knowledge, its right there. Smartfeeds let us push quick refreshers or updates, and the dashboards filters by region or manager so reporting takes minutes, not hours.

The platform is easy to use, so nothing as such.

Earlier, content and results were scattered slides in one place, forms in another. now, lessons, quizzes, certificates and reminders live in one system. Constant follow ups helps reps to stay on track. reps stay on track without constant follow-ups.

Faster calls with doctors, and revision is easy also doing a practise call is easier and faster even doing it offline is easy. Dashboard shows every deatils what i would like to know, seeing who has done, not done, what is pending, and all required details. no email reminders required.

havent faced any issues, everything is working good and well

We use to training with google forms earlier, but now with smartwinnr having everything in one place made it easy. The dashborads are also clean and easy to understand, responsive it saved our trainers time.
