SmartWinnr is a comperhensive learning platform for sales teams in pharma companies. It has everything starting from detailed assessments, microlearning, learniing journeys, video role plays, repository of marketing collaterals and more. Our sales teams use only 1 platform. And SmartWinnr is very easy to use as well. The customer support is simply great Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Collaboration during virtual training: New hire cohorts have the oppertunity to get to know one another during the cirtual portion of their training with the use of Smartinnr coaching assignments.

SmartWinnr looks after a lot of our requirements at present. Its biggest benefit is in its ability to unify data from multiple data sources quickly, and multiple times in a day. This helps our MRs and managers to have almost real-time data flowing in from different systems that gives them a holistic view of their performance. Helps faster decision making for our managers.

SmartWinnr is available on the iPad which makes it easy for our MRs, FLSMs and SLSMs to document the coaching comments while on the field. They have provided good documentation, guided us through theimplementation, and even changed their reporting to meet our requirements.
