Spinify has been an inperative tool for our business in tracking KPIs and performance of team members and being able to quickly identifiy team members that may require additional coaching. It is also an incredible tool for motivating staff members! Thankfully, the integration process and set up for everything was made increably easy thanks to the constant support I recived on a regular basis from Peejay Esperanza. I recently completed training with Alex, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. Alex did an outstanding job ensuring we were fully prepared for a successful rollout. Each session revealed new features I hadn’t discovered before, further showcasing the product’s depth and capabilities. What I like best about Spinify is its ability to seamlessly increase sales activity and engagement through gamification. I like the excitement and healthy competition it creates on the teams. i like the engagement and a way for agents to see how they are doing real time. I am impressed with the support offered by Spinify during set up and integration. I think overall it's a fairly easy tool to use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't have any dislikes; however, I do have an area of opportunity. It would be great if the agents could have a button that would allow them to start a head-to-head competition with their co-workers. I feel this would build excitement for the tool even further, allow it to be more interactive for the agents, and allow them to help hype the program with their peers by having the ability to start a head-to-head of their own. Super plug and play. We had our instance up in just one day. I also appreciate the customer support, as we have multiple custom fields and properties we wanted to track on the platform. A very small downside - but it would be great if users were able to upload there own videos for use in celebration or backgrounds for TV's. I understand that requires server space so might not be feasbile, but would be a fun additional feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For ease of use, functionality is often sacrificed. I'm a big fan of detailed dropdowns and granular control, where Spinify typically gives you limited options based on what the most likely use cases are. Spinify keeps me motivated to continuosly be better and put the goals higher for myself as Spinify shows me if I am exceeding my targets and how my collegues are doing. I don't like that a lot of icons seems to be unlabeled in Spinify. I have to hover over them in order for it to display what the icon means. Sometimes it still doesn't show what it is when I hover over, so I have to click on the icon to find out what it is. This isn't ideal when it comes to admin things, because I don't want to have to click on something without knowing what I am clicking on so I don't accidentally make a change I can't take back. I really appreciated how well it integrated with our standard Salesforce reports. Ranga, Dan, and Nicole were fantastic throughout the entire process, and working closely with Ranga during implementation made a big difference—she was excellent.
