What do you like best about SMARTe?

SMARTe has been a great help for our marketing campaigns and sales prospecting initiatives. I have been using the tool and I must say, it is a reliable tool a company must have. What do you like best about SMARTe?

I've been using SMARTe for a while now, and I'm really impressed with their data platform. It's helped me identify and connect with new prospects much more easily. The data is always accurate and up-to-date, which is essential for B2B sales.

What do you dislike about SMARTe?

I've been using SMARTe for a while now, and I'm impressed with its ability to find and connect with new prospects. The data is usually accurate, which is helpful. However, I've noticed that occasionally the data can be outdated, which can lead to wasted outreach efforts. Additionally, the pricing can be a bit on the high side for smaller sales teams. What do you like best about SMARTe?

SMARTe made it very quick and easy to get started. Once I activated my account I was doing lookups and getting information within minutes. It was extremely easy to implement and had multiple ways to access information.

We used this platform daily not just for our sales and marketing efforts, but also for our clients and their marketing efforts as well. The chrome extension made it a seamless integration into the daiy workflow of our account executives.

And in the rare case we did have an issue or a question, the team was very responsive with customer support. We even got e-mails notifying us of new contact information for our lookups that was not previously provided. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SMARTe?

I'm not sure there are many downsides - there would occasionally be companies that we were not able to locate in the database, but they were usually smaller companies that were obscure. Probably the main piece of feedback would be that there are sometimes mulitple people listed under a company with the same title when that would not be possible. For instance, several CFO's listed. When that occurs, there should be a process to determine which record is the most updated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SMARTe?

What I like best about SmartE is their eagerness to be working with us. They are always proactive in checking in for available projects they can help us with. In fact, because of this, they are always our first pick among our other vendors.

What do you like best about SMARTe?

I use SMARTe daily for prospecting. It provides various tools to support this, and I find the Chrome Extension particularly useful for accessing contact details via LinkedIn Sales Nav. Given the challenges of finding this information in Europe, SMARTe has been invaluable to me. It has significantly sped up and improved the efficiency and precision of my prospecting efforts. What do you like best about SMARTe?

My experience of SMARTE has been pretty straightforward, they make it easy to purchase high volumes of data. For the most part, the platform is fairly user-friendly and the pricing is definitely competitive compared to other provider. Working with our account manager has ensured that our niche requirements and adjustment have been promptly addressed and resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SMARTe?

Sometimes the quality of the data falls short, which requires further QA checks and follow ups on our end to chase for refunds or replacement leads, however, these number of instances have reduced in the past year. In addition, sometimes the communication can come across a little inconsistent regarding the availaibility of leads and gives the feeling of upselling. The biggest pitfull for us has been purchasing leads that require stringent GDPR compliance and fit into our more niche ICP beyond the use of standard SIC Codes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SMARTe?
