If you know MS Visio, there is a low learning curve. If you don't, it is the same learning curve. I especially like the ability to import Visio diagrams into SmartDraw which, supports the transition to using this application. The reduced cost was also very appealing. Simplicity! This software is so simple to use. Anyone from an individual user (non-technical) to large businesses with non-technical users will find great value in this product.
