I use SmartDraw for so many things that it is challenging to find a feature or functionality that I dislike. If I had to wish for a new capability . . . . it would be the ability to have real-time collaboration. I was told that they’re working on it, which is exciting! There is a short learning curve as your first use SmartDraw. This product does not copy others, so its features are not in the same place as other products. You may need to look for components as they are now in a new home in the software. But one call to customer service, and you'll be able to get your questions answered, and it will all make sense.
