The system works great and helps me create useful schematics without being overly complicated Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Lines sometimes connect and sometimes do the crossover jump with no way to dictate which one it does in each instance Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's so easy to use, very comprehensive. Since I started using it, my wired plan is much more complete! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing :) !!!
I absolutely hate nothing, everything is fine, everything is smooth, I quite like it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
SmartDraw has been quite user friendly for a small group at the business making process maps on A1/A2 rolls of paper. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Traditionally the business has been used to using desktop/offline applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love the hundreds of prebuilt templates that it provides for you. We have been using the product for over a decade at work and it is my goto product instead of Visio. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One of my least and only favorite things is that the templates often come preloaded with data so I have to clear that data first. I would like to see templates that have the flow, shape, connections, etc, but have no text in the boxes. Or, perhaps have a quick way of replacing all the text like PowerPoint does when using SmartArt. (Or maybe you do, and I just never learned how)? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Smartdraw has a lot of templates that are easy to work with. The tool also stores all of the items someone is working on, making it very convenient for me to start something and finish it later. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Selecting multiple objects and moving them around can be challenging sometimes and requires careful attention. It would be good to see improved functions that allow for moving multiple objects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SmartDraw has come in handy for both business uses and personal. The program does a great job with general business charts, etc., which makes it nice to use for presentations and proposals. We also used the program to redesign both our garage layout (Added new cabinets) and to convert a room in our home to a formal dining room. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is a learning curve with the program that can be frustrating. SmartDraw makes support easy to reach and there are ample tools such as videos and tutorials to help ... but the program isn't intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1. It is a useful tool to quickly create professional business graphics using ready-made templates without the need to engage a professional designer - thereby saving time.
2. Good library of editable templates to choose from Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1. Limited choice of symbols within library. Symbols also don't match art theme for infographics (e.g. unable to find symbols for television, money , loudspeaker that would fit into infographics) .
2. Less intuitive compared with SmartArt . In SmartArt, you are able to add simliar shapes before/ after (e.g. additional bullet points) and the template will automatically adjust the image to fit the added list item Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to use, Easy to integrate with other tools, Best in class templates, Totally the user friendly Tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As of now there is nothing in SmartDraw which i don't like. will update soon if i get anything challenging to use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
