This is an extremely user friendly Diagramming tool used by teams in order to process and understand information in the most direct and simplistic manner. Quick, easy to use and easy to export things that can be used by others who don't have the software installed on their own machine. The customer service is top notch, In particular, I would mention Tyler R. who was superb in his assistance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't like that it's moving completely online, which will not be useful for me in any way, but I do like that they still have legacy software available that means I don't lose all previous files. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SmartDraw?

We initially got this as a sample without paying to make a floor plan for our new space in our building. It has helped us so much in moving and making sure all furniture fits in place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SmartDraw?

I with the format was better about changing the feet from inches and visa versa because that was the part I was having trouble with. And adding 3D viewing would also be a perk that I would like to have added to smartdraw Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dont see anything really being solved because overall its a pretty good website and renovated floor plan. I love how helpful it has been for everything we have needed Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
