There are a lot of features that would appeal to a wide variety of employees accessing the software - free tax submission, free will, education, EveryDollar expense tracker, etc. I think the format and layout is very user friendly and intuitive. I tried to use the SmartTax feature once and it gave me a very poor return so I re-did it all on TurboTax and got a $2k+ difference in my favor. Not sure what I did wrong. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is easy to link my multiple accounts I have. I like that each transaction comes up and you can put it into categories. The suggested categories are often correct. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have noticed either there is a slight delay or sync issue. I have had multiple of the same transactions come up as needing to be put into categories even though it was already done. Also I try to get them organized by the end of the month, and some transactions came in late. I love that SmartDollar offers so many resources and provides a great way to track debt and debt payoff. I also appreciate that it connects with the EveryDollar budget, which makes it easy to jump back and forth between the two. What I like best is the clear direction. It can be really overwhelming to know where to start at times and the Baby Steps provide a clear path for reaching your goals. SmartDollar is simple to use and has a lot of useful information. Gus is great and answers all of my questions in a timely manner. He's very knowledgeable and helps in every way that he can. He discusses all the benefits that are available to our employees and encourages us to remind our employees of all the positive outcomes that come from the SmartDollar products. If he is unable to answer a question, he directs us to someone who can. This is a wonderful product with great customer service.
