The most helpful thing is the totality of resources. You have access to so many incredible resources from budgeting tools and info to videos and articles about retirement, debt, taxes and so much more. They also have encouraging videos of people's lives who have been impacted by SmartDollar, and they talk about how they were able to accomplish financial success. I love using the EveryDollar budgeting tool! It helps so much just to see each month where all of my money goes. I have managed to cut back a lot on spending, after seeing the unnecessary subscriptions and other miscellaneous items I was randomly purchasing. The short educational videos are awesome as well. I'm having trouble getting my team to embrace this benefit. I don't know if they fully trust that the company is not able to see their personal financial information. Smart dollar doesn't just help. My team and myself stay on track when it comes to our finances, it's an entire platform to see your financial health. SmarDollar is easy for our employees to use, and many have found it helpful in their financial planning. Our customer representative, Russ, engages regularly with us and is accessible when we have questions. He's very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable (but never pushy). Sometimes I feel like the frequent emails get overwhelming. Some of our employees prefer using other financial planning tools (like YNAB) that they have found easier to use and more thorough than SmartDollar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is easy to use and link with other accounts. The extra benefits for taxes and such are a great bonus.
