SmartDollar offers a variety of tools to help employees take control over their money, from budgeting apps to webinars to coaching. The baby steps are easy to understand and the educational webinars are top notch. Out of all of the employee benefit programs I have worked with, none have inspired the same level of devotion as SmartDollar. Also, our Account Manager (Dylan) is a naturally charismatic speaker. Our employees thoroughly enjoy his educational webinars. **What do you dislike about SmartDollar?** The only downside is that Dave Ramsey has some controversial opinions. **What problems is SmartDollar solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helping employees get out of and avoid debt ### 3.
