This app is so easy to use. You get a professional ‘text word’ for followers to use to subscribe. Sending out messages is incredibly easy and the program walks you through step by step.
If you upgrade your account you can also send out photos or longer messages.
I use it weekly to send out specials to my salon clientele. It’s also a less intrusive way of connecting with customers.

Slicktext has been a BREEZE to navigate for our business. They website is very easy to understand, the video tutorials answer all of my questions, and they few times I have had additional questions, the support chat has been right there to answer. I don't like "Textwords" - that was confusing to me. I would call those "Groups" or "Segments" and then make it clear an added functionality is there is 1 key word that people can message to subscribe to that group. As a user, I think about an SMS campaign I want to run, and then my target audience. "textword" just doesn't have an inherent meaning to me, but seems so critical in the slicktext world. Also - I wish it was really easy when setting up a campaign to "Send a test to yourself" before you send to a whole group - happy to pay for each individual test SMS w/ a credit! The automations are a bit tough to work with when you need to send something out on, for example, the "first Tuesday of each month" and the day before that. Sometimes the way the calendar falls, that automation doesn't work correctly and we needed to go in an manually set each month up on the exact days we wanted the texts to go out. I shopped around for an text marketing platform. I have not found another service that compares. The way they offer opt-in links, abilities to incentivize subscribers, and so much more. UIUX could improve. character count could be extended per text. allowing emojis as a standard part of the text process without having to charge extra for an emoji. And it would be nice to see who is unsubscribing and customize a prompt so we can possibly collect info as to why they unsubscribed. What i like best about slick text is how user-friendly and efficient it is. it allows me to easily send mass messages, schedule text and track engagement all in one place. What i dislike about slick text is that some of the customization options feels limited,especially when trying to personalized messagesfor specific groups. The SlickText staff is by far one of the best to work with on the internet. Their chat team are quick and have helped me on several occassions. They respond quickly and in some cases when they needed time to work out an issue for me they called me back once solved so I didn't sit waiting for them to respond in chat.
