What do you like best about SlickText?

When I first started using Slicktext, the ease, the pricing, and the service was top notch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SlickText?

Not having someone on the weekends to assist customers, no one to answer the phones when you call, making everyone use chat, the downtime/turn around time for them to fix the features in the app, so that a person can use what they are paying for, and the brush off of some of the employees as if they are reading the same script.
