The system comes with many customizable features which can fit different concepts from Enterprise to stand alone restaurants. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The back end reporting could be a bit more robust however it has come a long way in the past 6 months and I cannot wait to see improvements that are coming to CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

very simple, easy to navigate. I have worked in many different restaurants and about half have used Silverware. It has been by far the easiest to learn a new restaurant's table layout/menu from. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
