What do you like best about Signifyd?

Peace of mind - we no longer have to worry about whether an order is legit or not. Signifyd allows us to do what we do best, sell wine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Signifyd?

Maybe I'm too old school but it would be nice to have a support number to be able to call. That's only a minor issue though because we've only needed to reach out to Signifyd a couple times since we launched. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Signifyd solving and how is that benefiting you?

Fraud. We literally don't have to deal with fraud anymore. We used to spend 2-3 hours every day reviewing orders, doing background checks, etc. Signifyd has eliminated that for us! What do you like best about Signifyd?

Signifyd is a remarkable partner when it comes to fraudulent payments.

They check instantaneously each payment: no manual review from our team is needed.

Chargeback allows us to concentrate on growing and managing the business.

What do you dislike about Signifyd?

To be honest, I cannot find anything that I do not like about Signified.

Their user interface is great. Their products are great and they work phenomenally.

What problems is Signifyd solving and how is that benefiting you?

They manage all the anti-fraud checks; we do not have to manually review orders.

What do you like best about Signifyd?

Signifyd offers a suite of useful tools. For us, the Chargeback Recovery services offer tremendous ROI and have been the most impactful tool. I only wish we had implemented it sooner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Chargeback Recovery alone saved us 2.5 FTE and endless headaches. If a business is growing, it should anticipate chargebacks and fraud to develop right in line with that and implement Signifyd before the problem becomes overwhelming. Fraud prevention teams have enough on their plates without having to contest chargeback fraud manually. Signifyd frees them up to focus on risk analysis and mitigation. What do you like best about Signifyd?

Interest are alligned. They make more money if they approve more transaction, but they also cover the costs of any chargebacks. So it's in their best interest to allow as many transactions as possible, while minimizing chargebacks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Signifyd?

Signifyd works with all the payment options we have enabled for our BigCommerce store and guarantees approved transactions from fraudulent activity, giving us peace of mind that we will not lose out to fraud activity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The cost can be a very overwhelming expense, especially to small businesses, however, the protection outweighs the potential loss that could be the result of fraudulent purchases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We lost on several orders because the credit card was approved but the card was stolen. We did not know about it until after the order had been received. What do you like best about Signifyd?

The product is easy to use and understand. Gives us a clear picture of the customer that we didn't have before using this product. It also helps our CSR team in making important decisions more easily, arming them with facts about the transaction versus just guesses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Signifyd?

At times the reason for rejection can be simply a technicality, such as an email address belonging to a relative and not the cardholder. Also, when resubmitting for review, it would be helpful if the review could be done in more real-time while we have the customer on the line, versus telling the customer that we will have to contact them back if anything further is needed from them. Recommendations to others considering Signifyd:

If you are thinking about a product for assistance in fraud mitigation Signifyd is well worth the investment. Are there others out there? Yes. Are they as good as this? Honestly, not really. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Signifyd?

Signfyd takes the human element out of the fraud process. By fully automating the system out support agents can focus on improving customer experiences instead of auditing orders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Signifyd?

The model lacks transparency and when a customer reaches out about why their order was specifically canceled we have to shotgun the most common reasons. This is not a huge deterrent as we don't want to help illegitimate orders pass through, but it is worth noting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Signifyd helped eliminate the need for some of our customer support agents to be auditing incoming orders thus freeing them up to help other customers. Regarding your dislike related to the model lacking transparency -- this has always been such an important problem for us to help with. In the world of machine learning, black box solutions abound. We take pride in being transparent while providing reasoning to help you understand fraud scenarios to act on. This feedback is helpful because gaining trust matters to us.

What do you like best about Signifyd?

It's simple to use, integrates seamlessly with Magento, and saves us money, chargebacks are a thing of the past. Especially like that you can ask for a review if something doesn't appear right with a transaction and you want it double checked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It has been challenging to get the Chargebacks team access to our payment platforms, PayPal for example is will only allow a verified individual to administer an account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Signifyd?

Signifyd's interface is simple and easy to use. Our company loves using this site to detect possibly fraudulent orders. They provide valuable insight and history logs of customers.
