**What do you like best about Signifyd?**

When our business grew to a point where we could no longer manually review each order, we began losing significant amounts of money to fraud.  Signifyd has cut our losses down to very manageable amounts.  Their claims process is simple and straightforward and reimbursement is fast.

**What do you dislike about Signifyd?**

Orders are occasionally declined for reasons that are unclear.  There is an appeals process, but it is somewhat opaque.

Our fraud losses are small, leaving us time to help our legitimate customers.

The platform is very easy to integrate and user friendly. The team is always there to assist if we need them or have questions.

**What do you dislike about Signifyd?**

I would like to see more reporting (I might just not be familiar with this). Would be interested in being able to Edit what can be seen in the dashboard so we can give access to more employees without sharing too much customer information.

We use Signifyd for fraud check for our online orders and this is assisting us in reducing the number of fraudulent orders.

**What do you like best about Signifyd?**

The best thing about Signifyd for us is the guaranteed fraud protection. However, the overall ease of use for our team members as well confidence we have gained with approving orders we may not have in the past.

**What do you dislike about Signifyd?**

None of our team care for the updated admin screen, even those who traditionally embrace software changes and facelifts.
Also, address changes for orders that take more than 14 days to ship are a major pain.

**Recommendations to others considering Signifyd:**

Signifyd has had a wonderful impact on our business. We've been able to be more confident more often with accepting orders and it all happens very seamlessly. As a result, it has helped our business grow. Signifyd is worth looking into to see if it could be a good fit for any online company looking to grow and improve the customer experience.

We have had to question much less as far as if an order was potentially fraudulent. This created more positive experiences with our customers. Not only has our business grown but it's made the process of doing so easier.

The depth of the information given about the individual making the purchase. We can reference the information against our database.

**What do you like best about Signifyd?**

Easy to navigate in the console to review orders; I like the ability to flag orders as either bad or good;  the guarantee on orders approved provide peace of mind for a reasonable cost that even if there is a chargeback for unauthorized use, my company will be reimbursed.

**What do you dislike about Signifyd?**

I would like to have a more than 7 days between when the chargeback occurs and the last day to file for a payback on a guaranteed order.  With notification delays or issues from our current payment gateway, I have occasionally been shut out from filing a claim for the guarantee or am filing on the last day possible.  I would also like to have a more detailed reason on why the transaction was not approved for the guarantee.

**Recommendations to others considering Signifyd:**

Signifyd has a known cost and provides peace of mind for credit card transactions by providing a guarantee if there is a chargeback on an order that has been approved for a guarantee.  Signifyd allows us to focus on our business instead of worrying about credit card fraud issues, which are becoming more and more prevelant.

**What problems is Signifyd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Signifyd has caught many potentially fraudulent orders involving unauthorized use of credit cards and we have been able to greatly reduce the number of chargebacks due to unauthorized use of credit cards.  This has saved our company thousands of dollars and hours of administrative work by avoiding the chargebacks.   We feel comfortable relying on Signifyd and do not process orders that are declined for guarantee and gain some sales by processing some larger orders with the Signifyd guarantee that we previously might not have processed as they looked suspicious.

I hate the new console. The search function is the worst design and not easy to use
Lack of phone number for support... i get it, but sometimes I just want to speak with someone
Lack of a manual Blacklist- the fraudies sometimes circle back with a different account. It would be great to flag an address (billing or shipping), an email, IP address, phone number,  ETC.
Lack of a manual white list- or ignore list. Great for those dealer accounts that don't require protection.

Internet fraud is easy, preventing it doesn't need to be. Open up those fraud filters on your gateway and let signifyd do their thing!

The portal Signifyd has is very easy to use and they only require a few details to start your claim.

Their systems seem to be still learning the Australian landscape but they do what they can to ensure feedback is taken on board.

We have a very small window with our payment processor to get chargeback claims in but Signifyd will fight this battle for us.

Nothing now. I used to not like their portal, made it challenging to look for an order when you have multiple stores, but they recently updated that, so it is much easier to use now.

**What do you like best about Signifyd?**

Our business used to be on Magento using Global Payments and we saw good improvement when using Signifyd to lower fraud rates and increase order acceptance rates.

**What do you dislike about Signifyd?**

Our business eventually migrated over to Shopify and Shopify payments, and we have seen that Shopify payments does a good job of preventing fraud, and matches the data we get from signifyd, so there is some questioning as to whether we need the tool any longer.

Signifyd helped with increasing order acceptance rates, and decreasing our fraud rate.  We were using a competitor tool before signifyd and it was a lot more hands on, whereas Signifyd took a lot of the manual work out of it, which we liked.

**What do you like best about Signifyd?**

After using it for a day I was pleased with how user-friendly it is. Our system is time-sensitive with cases, so I like how fast they are with responding to our cases and either approving them or denying the case.

**What do you dislike about Signifyd?**

You are only able to re-submit a case one time. After that, it's more challenging to go through the process to submit more information that I don't always have the first time I submit a case. Every time I have to filter by dates, it gets stuck on the date from the month I started using Signifyd so I have to change that every time I filter it.

**Recommendations to others considering Signifyd:**

I highly recommend Signifyd because they have always been quick to respond to any questions and everything I submit for a review on a case. The website is easy to use and I know that it is going to be so much harder for someone to make a purchase when they have to go through Signifyd first.

**What problems is Signifyd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They do a great job finding fraudulent orders and are very thorough. The benefits of Signifyd are knowing that it is very unlikely someone will get through with a fraudulent order. There are always legitimate cases that get caught in the crossfire, but that just goes to show you that they are very thorough with all of our orders, and if something might be a little off they will flag it. I would rather have a few good orders get caught in the system than let fraudulent orders slip through and have their orders be fulfilled.

We really like the level of protection that Signifyd provides us. The ability to "blacklist" bad-acting customers and have Signifyd manage that is extremely helpful.

Just like any advanced level of protection, and for what our company needs, it is a pricy solution. This does give us a good sense of security but for a price.

In our business, we have a lot of exclusive drops. Signifyd has helped us create a list of repeat offenders related to bot activity or fraud, allowing us to mitigate future risk.

Well, as with every company there is room for improvement. We had legit customers that couldn't be verified by Signifyd. If customers didn't have faith in our company and didn't pay in wire we could have lost the sale.

Signifyd has made it easy to auto-cancel suspicious orders and black-list repeat offenders in Shopify quickly which is imperative for the way we do business and saving time.

**What do you dislike about Signifyd?**

It can be very costly for an enterprise-type customer. Wish there was some sort of bot detection portion to Signifyd that could auto cancel these type of customers/orders.

Our chargebacks are handled quickly and allows us not to worry as much about fraudulent orders and taking the time to filter these orders out.

Signifyd is FAST! They usually approve a transaction within 1 minute of submitting it for review. This is great when you are shipping time-sensitive orders (e.g., same day, overnight).

**What do you dislike about Signifyd?**

Sometimes the human (non-automated) review process can take longer to complete in cases where additional verifying information is needed from the customer. However, it is almost always done within a few hours.

We've seen our fraud numbers drop to near-zero with Signifyd. Fewer chargebacks means fewer headaches all around.

Signifyd allows us to not have the worry/time of reviewing potentially fraudulent activity. What was taking hours a day, now takes less than 5 minutes. Signifyd also offers a score that help us make any decisions beyond automation.

**What do you dislike about Signifyd?**

It would be great to have signifyd as a downloadable piece of software/application. This is just a personal preference and probably wouldn't make that much difference.

We see far less fraudulent activity. There were previously occasions where we would ship orders and then receive a chargeback, leaving us without goods and payment. The benefits of Signifyd are that they pick up the overwhelming majority of these transactions.

We used to have to review orders manually for fraud. Now that it is all set up, we can just let Signifyd do it. They are also accepting of some abnormal situations.

The new setup is a bit more difficult to maneuver than the old one.

One of the best platforms we use. Customer service is responsive as well.

We were having a lot of issues with fraudulent orders on our e-commerce store.  Once Signifyd was implemented our fraudulent orders were cut down to almost nothing, and the ones that squeaked through  - well we were protected.

**What do you dislike about Signifyd?**

There isn't much I dislike about the product or platform - the integration works nicely and onboarding was really helpful. Would I have liked it implemented faster? Sure, but it was a very reasonable amount of time.

**What problems is Signifyd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're protecting ourselves from fraudulent orders through our e-commerce store.  Fraudulent orders are almost nonexistent now and we're covered just in case with Signifyd.

Signifyd brings automated decision making into play which in turn means less manual review for CX teams.

The customer service is fantastic however it would be good if there was an Australian Office in order to have customer service in the same time zone.

Honestly, I can't think of a single dislike I have with Signifyd.

This is some of the best money we have ever spent. Besides the enormous amounts of money not being lost to fraud, it has freed up employee time, letting Signifyd take care of scanning the orders. Also, if you do have questions, Signifyd's support group is always fast to respond.

Before Signifyd, I tried to catch fraud orders on my own. I had minimal tools and plenty of fraud orders got right past me. The people placing the fraud orders were constantly perfecting their game and they were better at the game than me. When we first hired Signifyd, I looked at the some of the orders they caught. They all looked like legitimate orders, and I remember thinking to myself that Signifyd was overly cautious. Every single order that I thought was probably good, turned out to be fraud. Since that day, I have 100% trust in Signifyd.

the option to search for other places where the IP addresses, names, phone numbers and names have been used on Google, signifyd and other places on the internet.

**What do you dislike about Signifyd?**

the scoring system is not easy to understand.  not enough details on the scores the customer/ potential customer receives.
sometimes it seems to take a while to receive the status on an order which slows down our order processing.  the email section isnt real clear either.  for example.  " At this merchant, Signifyd has never seen an order from "example" before 2021-07-21."  i am not real sure how to interpret this because there have been times where a customer has placed orders before the mentioned date, using the same info on the current order.
i dont care for the layout of the dashboard.

better layout, more details on point system and more support available.  the points thing is a big issue and needs more of a description behind the score it gives our customers

**What problems is Signifyd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

our previous method we would have to eyeball a customers ID and card they used for the order which was very time-consuming.  we have avoided some fraud orders with Signifyd.  there arent really any problems to solve so i cannot answer that question.  one benefit is not having to ask customers to send sensitive information through email so that we can verify/confirm their identity.

**What do you like best about Signifyd?**

Signifyd provides lots of useful information, such as email age and "Device" information, which gives details if the order was placed from a proxy or not, if someone has done chargebacks, and I'm able to compare the address with its distance and on a map. Even though I am not mentioning several other things that Signifyd has the offer, every single thing is useful and helps me out with my task of determining if a case is a fraud or not.

**What do you dislike about Signifyd?**

What I dislike about it is that the information given sometimes is not enough to determine if a case is really a fraud or a gift and that sometimes I need to refresh the website so I can look into another case. Besides all these details, Signifyd is still a great, useful tool!

**Recommendations to others considering Signifyd:**

Totally recommend using Signifyd for investigating fraud orders. It is a helpful tool since it provides IP information (and it even detects if an order was placed with a proxy).

Our pass-through rate has improved without any degradation of the customer experience.  A big plus is also that we're now hands-off chargeback responses.  All we had to do was provide a CRM link; it was that easy.  

I also would say our support experience led by Sean Has been beyond our expectations.  He provides valuable insight and goes above and beyond to ensure we're doing everything possible to grow in our internal brands.  

A+ service.

Signifyd takes the investigative work out of placing orders. As an online reseller, we have had issues with chargebacks and losses associated. We found Signifyd and were able to quickly set up the integrations with NetSuite. We are saving time not investigating questionable orders, and letting Signifyd make the decision for us. We have expereinced one chargeback since our go-live, and Signiyd was quick to issue credit against our account once the chargeback was resolved.

Our dislikes are likely integration issues. Our team is still adding additional data points.

We are solving the problem of chargebacks and staff hours spent researching customers on questionable orders. We have realized time savings, allowing these employees to take on new tasks benefiting Appogee, as well as financial savings in not being hit with chargebacks.

I wish customers or the business was emailed when someone is denied...otherwise, their order is cancelled without knowledge. This has led to very angry customers.

As above, it's hard to catch when someone has been denied without an email or notification. We are coming up with a manual process for checking for cancelled orders.

Signifyd has allowed us to focus more on the relationship side of our business. In an industry that has had a (sometimes unwarranted) reputation of being flooded with untrustworthy and dishonest sellers, Signifyd has really helped us to instill confidence and establish trust with our clients. When they understand that we truly hope to protect all parties involved in the purchasing process, the wall starts to crumble and the relationship begins to form much easier. When something does go wrong, and a chargeback is submitted,  having the peace of mind that Signifyd's Chargeback Protection Program partners with our team on responding to those claims. Their amazing ability to produce documentation from the research they perform has been amazing in helping us to win a massive percentage of the claims that are submitted.

**What do you dislike about Signifyd?**

There isn't much at all. There are only a few occasions here and there where their review team may make a decision that our team doesn't quite understand. We do understand that the people reviewing these cases are just that - people. And people make mistakes. This is where a decision made could cause lots of frustration for a merchant that is interacting with the client and having to explain why their order is still being processed. HOWEVER, we have been blessed to have an amazing Customer Sucess Manager in Asa Beavers. Anytime we have a question (and I mean ANYTIME), Asa has always been able to assist in getting us the answers that we need. So...because of Asa, there really aren't many dislikes for our team.

If you want to have peace of mind when selling online, and wish to focus on what your company is truly good at, then Signifyd will certainly help you do that with little effort. They have been a great partner for our company in helping us to maximize our revenue without the risk. The automation that fully supports our back-office software and payment processor has also helped us to ensure that our orders are fulfilled automatically and shipped quickly.

Again, it all comes down to confidence (with the buyers and the sellers). Using Signifyd allows us to sell to customers we otherwise wouldn't have felt comfortable shipping to. Because of this, we continue to grow in sales year over year and continue to sell and ship with absolute confidence.

Nothing really at all, it's also about the people behind Signifyd. Love working with them. I wish that there were more case studies that I had access to so I could go show similar competitors in the industry and inject Signifyd into other companies that I work with. I wish that I had a dedicated resource all the time when I am working on Hamra and Bambi Baby in order to constantly keep a predictable overnight process in the works so they were fully supported 24/7 and they could be supported more. I feel that paying closer attention daily to fraud testimonies that pop up and receiving internal case studies that the Sygnifyd team is producing would greatly help me out to combat against any new methods that fraudsters are using to rip off merchants like the two I work with relentlessly in Bambi Baby & Hamra Jewelers.

I love the ability to alter Signifyd's service to tailor it to exactly what we need. I can also say that the the response times from the people at Signifyd. Whenever an issue arises, the team is there to let us know what we need from them. We were able to use Signifyd to keep on eye on a big fraud issue recently and their ability to work with us on stopping it was tremendous.

There is not much to like when it comes to Signifyd. Sometimes they can rely too much on their algorithm to reject or approve orders, but they will quickly and efficiently go back and look at any order you ask them to.

They are always updating and creating things on their side to make my life easier. I would definitely recommend them. The fast response time, the management, the ability to make the system mine, everything really helps make this a great company to work with.

I have the ability to receive any and all information regarding an order in one place as well as the ability check third party information sources. It is all made very easy and very convenient. I can search for verified addresses and also keep an eye on connected orders with IP tracking as well. It was definitely tougher to keep an eye on everything before using Signifyd.  I had to use multiple bookmarks and the system we had wasn't made to keep an eye on everything that Signifyd does. But thanks to Signifyd, it's much easier these days.

Signifyd offers one of the most comprehensive fraud solutions in the market, but one that can be easily scaled into. Their solution is easy to implement alongside a BigCommerce or Adobe-Magento eCommerce implementation or migration.

The breadth and depth of Signifyd's solution can be overwhelming for newcomers trying to get their arms around their fraud issues, causing them to do nothing, or to apply blunt fraud rules that can be incredibly costly in terms of lost sales, revenues and customers.

**What problems is Signifyd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At the core of it, the problem we're solving with Signifyd is how to identify truly fradulent transactions and actors from legitimate purchases. The easy answer is to increase fraud flags and apply one-size-fits-all fraud rules, which ultimately deny a greater percentage of purchases, including a greater percentage of legitimate ones. This results in aggrevating legitmate buyers and lost reveues and customers.
