In addition, this new tool is user friendly, is fast, and saves my fraud and logistics team hours each week by preventing the fraud up front rather than us not catching these orders until later downstream which delays operations for my warehouse team. **What do you dislike about Signifyd?** One area they could improve is offering broader coverage for certain payment methods, since the current gaps can expose us to fraud risk. What should have been a simple renewal has dragged on with long stretches of no response, which has made it surprisingly hard to get basic questions answered or move anything forward. The other issue is the contract itself. The agreement we were sent contained terms and provisions that were not what we discussed and not what we expected to sign, and we weren’t given a workable path to correct those mismatches. I’m genuinely disappointed because the product relationship has been solid historically. The new Power Search is a powerful tool and we've barely scratched the surface of what it is capable of. With Signifyd we haven't sent out a single fraudulent order in over 2 years now. **What do you dislike about Signifyd?** There is a feature I've wanted for years but I'm not sure it's even possible. Signifyd notes when an individual is associated with previous chargebacks, which is fantastic, but it would be nice to have additional intelligence in regards to whether it was a fraudulent chargeback or for a legitimate reason. **What problems is Signifyd solving and how is that benefiting you?** Signifyd has helped us prevent tens (perhaps even hundreds) of thousands of dollars in fraud. We're in an industry that isn't targeted by fraud very often ,and even with that they've saved us incredible amounts of revenue and product that would have otherwise been lost. This is something I love about Signifyd. **What do you dislike about Signifyd?** As I said before, Signifyd doesn't cause any problems and thats why there are no problems. **What problems is Signifyd solving and how is that benefiting you?** Its been very helpful in curbing fraud, reducing all of that with its good features like fraud protection, its easy to use and it solved those problems, and well, all of that is beneficial for everyone. ### 50. The machine learning algorithms are incredibly good, they massively reduce false positives as well as ensuring that legitimate transaction went through. For instance, during their peak shopping periods, the system automatically spots and verifies suspicious transactions thus cutting off hours from the manual review. It is also a plus that it works well with the most popular e-commerce platforms. You set it up pretty quickly and start protecting your transactions immediately. **What do you dislike about Signifyd?** Signifyd's initial setup can be a bit complex, especially for users who are not familiar with fraud management systems. The interface, while powerful, could use some simplification for beginners. Additionally, the customer support response times can vary, which can be frustrating when you need immediate assistance. However, once you get past the initial setup, the benefits outweigh these minor inconveniences. **What problems is Signifyd solving and how is that benefiting you?** Fraud and chargebacks were something that would always eat up time managing, before Signifyd. The review of flagged transactions was time consuming and error prone as I had to go through each flagged transaction and review it manually. Most of the heavy lifting is done by the automated system now. In real time, transactions are approved or denied to escape the risk of fraudulent activities.
