Signifyd is a commerce protection provider that addresses fraud and abuse challenges at key conversion points across the ecommerce shopper journey from account creation to checkout to return request. We help merchants decide when it is appropriate for a shopper to take a certain action – like creating an account, completing a transaction, or requesting a refund. What do you like best about Signifyd?

So far so good. We have been using Signifyd for a few months, and have had 100% accuracy on fraud prevention. That equals, time and money saved. What's not to like? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Signify'd is an easy to use software. We can quickly review customers transactions and has a broad network to verify the validity of a purchase Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Signifyd?

I really don't have too many complaints about Signfy'd. We did have a learning curve to using the software but we got the hang of it pretty quick. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We used to have hundreds of dollars a day in fraudulent orders that could amount to thousands of dollars in lost product and revenue. Signfy'd has helped us reduce that significantly if not completely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Signifyd?

I love that we get so much information on the orders and the customers, and that Sig watches for products that have trended as being for fraud orders in the past, and also we get notes on why things are declined. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Signifyd?

There have been some times when items are chargedback while in transit, and as our product is very expensive to ship, it put us in a middle ground where despite being covered by Sig, we lose out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Signifyd?

Signifyd helped free up our resources from be bogged down inspecting orders for possible fraud and also caught plenty of fraudulent orders that would have been shipped under our old system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Signifyd has the resources to detect fraudulently placed orders and stop them before ever being printed and shipped. They simply have a great program in place that not only saves us from chargebacks, but also free up employees from not only trying to identify fraudulent orders, but dealing with chargebacks from fraudulent orders that were getting through before partnering with Signifyd.
