What I liked best about Signature 365 is the centralized management, which ensures brand consistency across all emails. The only downside I’ve noticed with Signature 365 is that initial setup can take a bit of time, especially when configuring rules for different departments. Deployment options, how I can choose to whom a specific signature must be available. Setting up rules, to making sure every employee have their desired signature as default, and don't have to change it for every email.

Not a Signature365 issue, but more how Microsoft manages signatures in new Outlook, which makes it impossible to use the builtin signatures, but only as a app in Outlook. But once users are informed, it works as intended. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Once setup, does not take a lot of attention or energy to manage. Works with Outlook mobile app. No agent needed, 365 Add In is easy to deploy and works reliably. Can customize rules for signature deployment, and integrate with Entra ID for easy management. Does not work with Outlook 2021.

When deciding on Signatue 365 we tested all the major competition email signature solutions that integrated well with Microsoft 365. It needed to: work with both the Outlook App and Web interface; be easy and intutitve for end users to use and have email campaign/banner capabilities.

Integration with Office 365 and provisiong with Azure was very easy. Being able to cusomise email signtures sure their scripting was easy to use.

When ever there has been an issue Customer Support has been excellent.

The only think I dislike and this is minor. We are located in Australia and Symprex is located in the UK so support turn around times are a bit longer than if the support was provided locally. if a policy is applied, it can be difficult to exclude a signature if not built into the policy. Deleting the signature from the message is only temporary and when sent, it will be added back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While Signature 365 works extremely well in standardizing our signatures for our organization, it's missing some administrative functionality which could help with email management such as autoresponder settings to see group or office-wide responses.
