We are into our third year of using Signature365 from Symprex at our small Charity organisation. As we are public-facing we needed a way to easily and simply add email signatures - but it was critically important that the signatures matched our branding and were protected from "fiddling" by people.
As well as the Charity, I work in IT for a large multi-national organsiation where we use Exclaimer. "Great" I thought - Exclaimer would be a brilliant fit for our needs. Unfortunately, Exclaimer's business-model was not compatible with our small non-profit, and would cost us a large amount of money, for features we didn't need. So the search commenced.
The search came back with Signature365, and a conversation with Sten (who is a really lovely guy) and a trial of the Signature365 service. Honestly, it's like Exclaimer's twin. Every feature I wanted is there - including a few curve-ball ones that I really didn't expect at this price point! Well done Symprex!!
Signatures directly from M365? Sure.
Simple to integrate and use? Totally.
WYSIWYG editor and image handling? Yep!
Complex attribute mapping? You got it!
Logic statements within the signature? No problem.
Disclaimers as well? Absolutely.
It's absolutely imperative as a small charity that we work with suppliers / providers who offer great value without sacrificing product quality / function - and Symprex Signature365 delivers on this without hesitation.
One last point - when HRH Queen Elizabeth II of the UK sadly died, our branding changed temporarily and at short notice. Signature365 not only allowed us to change our signatures with a click - our original brand was retained so we could move back at the appropriate time. This feature alone saved us a couple of days in what was a very busy time for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really have nothing negative to say about the product.
If there is anything negative to add, it's really only to bear in mind that ANY product that does what Signature365 does is reliant upon HTML. That means sometimes, it's a bit of a challenge to get the formatting exactly as you'd like it. It's no big deal, and at worst it needs a little hand-tweaking. Symprex give a live preview AND a full "behind the scenes" HTML editor as well, so you can tweak as you go.
To be absolutely clear - this isn't a negative of the product - it's really only a limitation of HTML itself, which can't be helped! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Once it's setup and configured, easy to implement and manage. Especially when changes and updates are made to the signature, effortless to push and integrate them.
