In our environment, where we have many domains and companies running in one centrally managed environment, CodeTwo can be easily configured to provide signatures for specific users, groups, Azure AD filters or entire companies.. This greatly helped us to engage our business' communication departments with the service. Our users do not generally have special characters in their internal names in Office 365. We workaround this by using the new Attributes feature to allow users to configure how they would like their name to be displayed in their mail signature. (This can be done via backend bulk upload too). We also use attributes to improve the O365 Meeting Book link to look better than MS' own offering, and also allow users to include pronouns / industry certifications and personal statements in their signatures should they wish to do that. A welcome new feature is the ability for users to have a different signature based on their sending domain. We haven''t deployed this yet, but I am sure it will help for our sales teams that support multiple brands. The Customer Support is first class. You will always receive an initial response within 24 hours, and you can call the helpline if you have an emergency. Everyone in the support team speaks / writes excellent English. **What do you dislike about CodeTwo Email Signatures 365?** I'm struggling to think of something, but... It would be nice to have a hybrid combination of both the server-side + client-side signature rules. For example, if a user insists on have a client-side signature that they can see in Outlook as they're composing a message, it would be nice for a server-side rule to kick in on sending to apply a legal disclaimer if the recipient is outside the organisation. Currently, our client-side signatures always have a disclaimer text whether the message is sent internally or externally. Both tools are fantastic and served us well over the years. The product is very intuitive and easy to use. We have strict requirements related to standardization of email signatures within our company. This product makes it incredibly easy to keep us in compliance. Any changes made to the signatures are applied instantly. You can make your signatures as complicated or simple as you'd like to fit your use cases. CodeTwo's support is excellent as well. I've never had a negative experience in working with them. Implementing CodeTwo with our 365 tenant was incredibly simple too. It integrates very well with Entra (previously Azure). It doesn't require a lot of tedious administration either. Once you configure you signature templates and rules, everything just works. It is very easy to create and manage signatures centralized. CodeTwo also gives you alot of flexibility how to add the signature with the client-sided Outlook addin or the serverside mode via mail routing through CodeTwo servers. You can even mix those methods with the combo-mode. This solution works really reliable and helps to deliver a professional email signatures without a lot of expense. We have configured Codetwo with the Server SIDE mode: A connector is created (automatically or manually) and a distribution list is passed to the system on our side. If you decide to assign a license to a new user, all those assigned must be removed and the list with the new changes must be passed again. If we had the ability to remove/add users without this operation, it would become the best product on the market for dynamic signatures. **What problems is CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?** it helps me to conveniently manage the signatures of users who are part of the CUSTOMER SERVICE, MARKETING, and SALES departments. Making quick modifications with CodeTwo'sintegration is super simple, since most of it is controlled through Active Directory/AAD. The top-down processing makes sense, whenever it comes to how the signatures apply Our customer's implementation is simple, with just a sync to AAD Customer service is top-notch, my last interaction with them had the ticket open for ~12 hours before resolution. I use the admin console rather infrequently. CodeTwo is definitely a "set-it-and-forget-it" setup. Most changes are, again, through AD/AAD. **What do you dislike about CodeTwo Email Signatures 365?** I don't have much to say on the downsides of CodeTwo, the only thing that I wish was that the testing feature was a little more robust.
