Not being limited by what email client the customers endusers uses, the secure cloud-to-cloud integration between CodeTwo and M365 and the limitless possibilities to create and maintain email signatures, makes this one the best and easiest to use email signature solutions we have seen and still see today. In the daily use of the product it is easy to change, add or remove specific email signatures. Specially when there are marketing banners that need to be placed or removed. Initially, the problem we were trying to solve was applying signatures consistently across our employees and mulitple divisions. We also gained efficiencies by applying signatures for new hires automatically. Later, we started to used CodeTwo to send out surveys for our sales team. On the whole, I don't know there is a comparable product when it comes to easy of implementation at a fair price that makes our email look professional and show our company is a world-class organization. **What do you dislike about CodeTwo Email Signatures 365?** I don't want to be one of those people who says there are no drawbacks and everything is perfect. For full transparency, we had some issues moving some of our existing templates from on-prem to the cloud, not all transferred over completely because the logic changed and had to be rebuilt.
