Users in different departments can have different signatures and there is an easy way to add keywords allowing signatures to be omitted from any particular email. Whenever I need support, the CodeTwo support staff are always available to assist. In the few years of using the service, I have not had any significant outages and was able to get prompt replies from support for any issues I encountered when configuring a new signature setup for my clients. **What do you dislike about CodeTwo Email Signatures 365?** Can't really think of anything to dislike to be honest. If I had to complain about anything it would be that some clients do not understand the cons of using images in their signature but that really has nothing to do with the the CodeTwo product. Currently, after modifying a server-side signature, I then have to delete the matching client-side and re-convert the server-side.
