It was very easy to register with CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 - just use the wizard and everything works perfectly.

As we previously had CodeTwo on Premise, we wanted to move all rules and signatures online. This worked fine for all signatures, we got an error message for all attachment change rules, but that's intentional and fine as it gives an error message.

We had a small problem with the positioning of the signatures, which was solved by support within a day.

It takes some getting used to, the interface could be more intuitive.

The ability to restrict users from customizing their own signautres, on the fly immediate updates, and an incredible amount of functionality. We had many users not updating their signatures that included old office information, old phone numbers, and more. Users just do what they want.

CodeTwo allowed us to take that from the users and manage it all between our IT and Marketing team. We absolutely LOVE how you can have multiple signatures. We choose to include exclusive employee only content in our internal emails so that we can drive more traffic to ongoing company activities; like holiday celebrations, contests, interanl specific communication and more.

Also LOVE getting the little (get outlook for iOS, and others) removed from all signatures. It works really well and would suggest this to anyone. One of my favorite products in our environment.

I am not too sure what I can really say here. Over the course of our company using the software for 3 years now, only had to reach out to support a few times, and the issue was resolved right away, and was mostly do to misconfigureation. Very little downtime and when there is we get notifed.

While CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 has many strengths, we have encountered a few minor issues. There are many things that I like about CodeTwo from the easy to use management interface, how quickly and easy it was to deploy into the organisation, how easy it is to make changes to signatures on the fly if you need too, the seemless integration with our environment and 365 Tenancy. But the stand out element for me is always the customer support, despite being based in Europe Michal the Technical Sales Manager in particular is just an absolute gun, what he does not know is not worth knowing, he is quick to respond to queries, and just bends over backwards to help you out. Discovering that legacy server platforms were not fully supported was dissappointing (Server 2012r2) after the deployment of the CodeTwo application (the application does work on 2012 but will not insert signatures automatically and generates an annoying non descript error whenever you try to reply or create a new email, you can ignore it and manually insert your desired signature but it is annoying.
