At first before we signed up I rang support to see how responsive they were and Wow, stright onto ever technical query about use cases. No AI, got through straight away and great staff who obviously know the product inside-out but are truly interested to help in any way. Then after first signup, we found the step-by-step guidance for installation and Microsoft365 Admin config just top-notch. Templates are as flexible as you want and we integrate fully to pull out info from 365 accounts with if/then queries to build the right signature everytime. Work on phones and looks so professional. Lastly, the automation so we can pre-plan signature changes for (lots) clients now in advance and all go on holidays :) Oh, I forgot the service has basically never been down in years! Awesome company, I'm glad we found them and we chose them. We are modifying and setting up new clients templates normally before holidays and login for each client maybe 4-5 times per year, as it is all mostly set and forget. **What do you dislike about CodeTwo Email Signatures 365?** The only downside we ever experienced was not with the actual signature management, but the Admin signup for clients (years ago) was not 100% complete and it took us a while to get clients on at the right rates consistently. I feel at the beginning there might have been, but that was over 2 years ago and I think the more I played around inside CodeTwo I figured out easier and better ways to do things and now it's all pretty easy to use. I suppose the one issue I might have is the importing of the additional attributes. For some of the job roles at my company I need to add certain information to their signature and while the AD attributes sync every 15 minutes or so, when I create these users I have to remember to log into CodeTwo and click the Sync Attributes button to update with the new information. **What problems is CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our prior admin used a Powershell script to create each individuals signature in outlook, and everytime there was a change to their job title or department or anything we would have to redeploy that script and sometimes it would require the end user to reboot in order for Intune to sync and properly deploy the script to update the signature. Now we can make changes to their information, or move them into different groups and the signatures update automatically. When you set a photo to fit a certain size, CodeTWO would greatly benefit from an inhouse re sizer option not just forcing the picture to fit. You have many formatting options and can test how a signature will look for any given user with the press of a button. We use a 3rd party email filter, not Microsoft, so our email flow was a bit more complex. However, their documentation clearly laid out steps and it just works. Our info is pulled from M365 and provides the right signature every time. CodeTwo support is also some of the best I've received. Call wait times are very short, you get a real person each time, and they're responsive and helpful via email. **What do you dislike about CodeTwo Email Signatures 365?** Our biggest issue was credit card payment through their admin portal, but I believe it was mostly on the end of our card processor. CodeTwo support was helpful and provided other options for payment. **What problems is CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Prior to CodeTwo, our email signatures were inconsistent, with many being downright unprofessional. We made a big shift towards standardizing all department names and titles, then leveraging CodeTwo so the formatting was the same across our organization.
