Signature 365 makes managing e-mail signatures a breeze across multiple platforms , ensuring we maintain a profesisonal image across all of our devices (laptops, desktops and mobile).
The application is simple and easy to use, requiring very little effort after initial setup. The integration within our cloud tenancy was a breeze and during initial configuration we received excellent customer support to help with setting it up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are no downsides to Signature 365. It supports all of the platforms we require e-mail signatured deployed to. This is why we continue to use the application after many years, and it's great to see the company has continued to make improvements through the years to remain current and supporting of all environments (e.g. the recent implementation of the "modern Outlook apps" is a game changer as we can now manage our signatures on mobile phones too). As an organisation we were looking for a tool that could integrate with Microsoft 365 and deploy signatures seamlessly, we've been using the older version of Signature for some years and the new version of Signature 365 is a valuable tool for our organisation that ensures consistency for our signatures and can integrate with Microsoft 365. Signature 365 was easy to implement and deploy. The customer support is always wonderful and helpful. From an admin perspective, it is easy to change pictures or words in the signature. we frequently use this application across our business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some might see Signature 365 as having some customisation limitations: whilst Signature 365 provides a great range of templates and customisation options, some users might find these options limited if they have very specific design needs and requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While it does take some administration, Signature 365 allows for the creation and curation of any number of signatures for our users. It relatively easily allows for surfacing variables the user can alter, giving the needed degree of customization without sacraficing or risking the company brand. Surfacing the editable variables for our users takes more work than I'd like, but it isn't that bad once you dive in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
With the new cloud version, Signature 365, it is very easy to navigate to the various features. It is a breeze to create new rule, group or signatures. The admin tasks has become hassle free and we have the SSO enabled. Our Internal Communication team find it very convenient when creating new campaigns with embedded images. Staff members are happy that they can add / edit their mobile numbers, working hours and other parameters just by using the Add-in available in the Outlook. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Symprex support is very responsible, but as we work from APAC region, there usually is a delay in getting responses due to the time difference from where they support us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really like th euser interface, feel it is very well set out and easy to follow. Like that you can easily preview an email as someone else, so you get to see what the user will get.
Trouble shooting is pretty easy given the tools that have been supplied.
Installation was relatively easy.
Support has been very helpful in sorting out any issues, but mostly the issues were due to my lack of knowledge.
Once you have setup the users and signatures, and "bedded" in the system, it pretty much looks after itself. The integration to Office 365 and Azure is really good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Building the actual email signatures can be a bit frustrating at times. Sometimes what you see on the screen when building it, is not what ends up on the users signature, just subtle things are wrong.
I get lost in the html, so it would be good to be able to see what colours have been used, and then copy that colour to another area of the signature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The standout feature is its seamless integration with Office 365, which was once dependent on on-premises Active Directory. Now, it operates entirely agentless, harnessing the full power of the cloud and Azure. This solution delivers exceptional value for organizations seeking to maximize their existing technology while maintaining consistent corporate branding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The web-based interface is easy to access and use, and the easy-to-implement tool is feature-packed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is no downside or dislike, as the tool does what it claims and does everything you need to manage email signatures. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This is a very simple solution. Any new user just has to be put in the correct AD group and their signature will be automatically inserted. You can have different signatures for new email/reply etc. Very nice. Good online editor as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Only once in 3+ years we have had an issue with the version of Outlook after a MIcrosoft update. This was resolved quickly by Symprex Support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have been a fan of the Symprex products for a few years now. Their on premise ESM solution was one of few which supported an EWS connection so our users were able to sync the signatures from any internal and even external location. This is a big plus for our company since we have a lot of roaming (out of office) users.
So I was quite happy with the Signature365 launch and during the trial period we immediately moved from the on premise ESM to new cloud solution and it has been quite a smooth ride from the start. The configuration and integration with Microsoft is easy to setup and it did not take much effort to migrate from the signature agent to the new Outlook plugin.
As all new solutions there were some minor issues (image related) in the beginning but these have all been solved in an orderly fashion by support. The customer support is also one of the things I appreciate the most. All issues are solved quickly with a clear explanation.
All this and the pricing compared to all other available signature solutions make it an easy choice to go with Signature365. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If I have to name one it would be the fact Signature365 requires all images to be hosted within the solution. But obviously this is easy to overcome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have been using Signature365 for approx. 2 Years for a 500+ Employee company integrated with our Office365 tenant.
The management of email signatures is extremely easy and straight forward. Group based rules make it easy to roll out multiple signatures to different sets of users.
Support have always been great if we ever needed to reach out to them for anything. Implementing it was straight forward with support helping onboard where needed. After the initial setup, it just works.. very minimal management required. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is nothing I have found so far which I dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
