As it is important to write as unbiased a review as possible - I would have to say that the only place that ShopView is currently lacking is it's ability to cycle count multiple parts simultaneously (and I have been told this is being implemented as I type this!). Our experience with Shopview has been nothing but excellent from the start, ease of use for office staff and also our techs are fans of how easy it is to use. The integration of Shopview into our shop was made easy with the help of the Shopview team. Top tier customer service makes a huge difference as well. Not neccesarily a dislike, like others have reviewed there are small bugs here and there with it being a newer program. Once you bring them to the teams attention they are very quick to respond and are open to any suggestions to make the program better which is a bonus from our point of view! After years of trudging through various shop management applications over my many years working in shops, I've finally found a gem in ShopView. ShopView is so easy to use, we literally just logged in and were off and running. Everything is where you would expect it to be so you don't have to click around blindly while your customer is waiting. Making a work order is fast and when saving jobs we do all the time we can build a work order faster than any other program we have tried. Our service advisors love that they can edit tech stories with AI so the finished invoice is professional without having to worry about missing something. There can be bugs, which is to be expected from a new program but their team is always on them so quickly with support and updates that we feel confident in knowing the ShopView team has everything under control and care about our business without interruptions.
