Shopify POS is seamless with our website experiences. We moved from a platform that required expensive and patch solutions and it has been night and day. Having everything run on one system has so many benefits. From curbside pickup, handling online returns in-store, gift cards working across all platforms and showing customers what they can purchase locally it is a real game changer. Shopify POS doesn't have some of the features of a standalone POS system, they are constantly adding to it, so often there is a solution on the way, but it is something to consider. Also, sometimes there isn't feature parity with the online store which is frustrating to have the features available on both channels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dislike that they took away the "save cart" option for people who need to save carts because they have multiple clients inside the business at the same time. Shopify is now very vicious and wants to basically make us purchase crazy expensive monthly plans just to have this feature. This is not nice or good at all, extremely dissapointed.
