I really like the BULK SHIPPING and MERGE ORDER options ShipHero offers. The software is super smart in recognizing orders coming from the same accounts and allows us to merge them together saving us a ton of money in shipping costs. It also automatically recognizes orders that have the exact same items and allow you to quickly grab the inventory and ship them all at the same time, cutting down on extra work and increasing productivity! I wish there was a way to change the look of the desktop and dashboards. Having the option to run a black backgrounds, or the ability to create "shortcuts" to your most used pages and have them all on the Home screen would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The crew is fantastic and so easy to get a hold of for help. All issues are resolved in a timely manner and if it can't be resolved the same day, the team is fantastic about keeping in touch and giving updates.
