The onboarding support was best in class. I got all of the answers I needed and Alissa our onboarding specialist took very good care of us. My favorite phrase we got whenever we had questions regarding setup was "no problem we can do that" . Excited to see what comes next with our ShipHero journey. 1. The link between "app." and "shipping." is not very fluid. It should all just be under one interface.
2. During the setup there was no ability to copy automations or MWA rules from one account to the next. Caused a lot of redundancy in setup.
3. Reports. I don't like that I cannot set a date range to look at shipped orders in the reports page. I have to filter by the "order date" but I need to be able to filter by "shipped date"
4. I don't like that I have to select rows of data individually. I wish I could hold the shift button and select multiple rows at the same time.
5. On the main home dashboard I wish I could toggle the data to show one of my warehosues or all of my warehouses. Since I have both warehouses enabled, I just see all of the data together but I manage my locations separately.
6. On the main dashboard I wish there was a summary that showed all of my clients and how many pending orders they had to fulfill.
7. I wish on the user setting page it gave some kind of pop up description of what each permission means. Kinda hard to understand and set access appropriately

I like that it has a great UI/UX for pickers and packers and all operations team that allows for better productivity.
It's a system that solves complex needs in general to the most basics ones for a Fulfillment Center with an easy to use logic.
I like the fact that we can use lot products and FEFO logic, we can create bundles for customers based on single products so no need to make pre word to create them.
In general, is a system that adds value to the operation and visibility to the team and customers.
But what I like most its the attention you receive fro the SH tam to answer all your questions and help solve issues you might have either if its something you don’t understand or a bug in the system.
The API integration was simple and connects with our system perfectly that allowed almost a plug-in-and-play atmosphere for the operation. training of use is quite simple.

What I don't like is some configuration sets that are a bit slow to set. Like when you create a new seller/customer for the general admin personnel you have to manually select that new customer in each user by hand. Its time consuming of you don't have a dedicated person for system configuration and also even if you do it does not add that much value.
I would like Lot customers to have a default setting that all new products created either by API or manually are created as needing lot since when a customer creates a new product this you need to catch it or the product will be inbounded without this characteristic.
I would also like more reports and statistics about performance, general production and productivity an faster downloads of information in excel if you need to.

It's has been a crutial tool to enable scaling our business. All the tools for inventory and order management and tracking are amazing. The ease of integration has been a joy to our ecommerce clients. The software itself is very easy to use and self intuitive, has made onboarding both our clients and employees a breeze. It has all the tools you need to run a state of the art operation. As as cherry on top the customer support and specially in our case Catalina Galvis has been an lifesaver, always following up our reports with quick answers and quick solutions everytime we had needed it. We have been using shiphero since we started as a small ecommerce fulfillment company and will continue to be our ally in our regional omnichanell fulfillment for our local market and cross border fulfillment. While our experience with ShipHero has been predominantly positive, there are a few areas where we see room for improvement. Shipheros attention to detail when it comes to responses. every time I have a question on how to take an action and believe me I send in requests DAILY, I am followed up with an articulate, easy to follow and well put together "how to". ShipHero makes shipping quick and easy for anyone to use. They have a fantastic team. Alissa, Chris, Collin, and Stacy have been extremely helpful with any questions we've had, and they always get back to us as quickly as possible. I find it to be fairly intuitive software and easy to implement, but when we have questions or need direction the support is top notch! I can't thank our CS manager Cathy and her team enough for all of the assistance they provide. We just recently expanded operations to a second location and they have been a huge proponent in our ability to do it smoothly and without any noticeable pauses in our service. We really think of them as an extension of our team as they provide not only knowledge, but offer up unique solutions to issues we encounter - which is pretty rare in today's CS landscape.
