The most helpful part about SFTP GW is the ease of use for the technical / non technical resources. Also the customer service is outstanding and a model representation of what support should look like in todays world. This is also a very easy initial deployment. I wish we could dowload a PPK file directly from the UI, currently only supports PEM authentication files which then must be converted to PPK with Putty. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
