I like it because SetSail is a tool that allows you to improve sales and increase competitiveness, and I also like the ability to see your progress and the progress of your colleagues, competition and the opportunity to win gift cards. I like the fact that you're able to see the feed and what rewards you are able to redeem. The list of options are nice and relatable for everyday use, it is something I use for small things like gas or if I want something from amazon. It is like a small coupon. It tracks data selectively, sometimes not correctly. My biggest gripe is seeing a use case outside of business development use. It simply does not make sense to us this if you are not also looking to use systems like Saleloft or Outreach.io. For 'farmer salespeople' I find this tool to be of small use. The most helpful feature of SetSail is being able to see at a glance where I'm standing in terms of management-defined activities against the rest of my team and being able to measure this against my quota attainment to see what activities are making the most difference.
