As an AE SetSail helps me keep the focus on my progress for the metrics my sales management team is looking for on a weekly basis which creates a sense of alignment in the team. Their contests enable us to be nimble - we can do quarterly, monthly, or weekly contests and adjust points values to optimize our sales strategy. The contest leaderboards have made it very easy as Managers to get a snapshot into the volume of activity, see who is excelling, and leverage that intel toward sales coaching. The product could use more self-service customization. I want to adjust point values myself, change the color coding of specific signals so it's visually easier to track, and have the flexibility to save views.
