What do you like best about SetSail?

What do you dislike about SetSail?

I've been using Set Sail for almost a year and while I do like the tool, it has many glitches. It doesn't seem to be able to accurately record the right contacts you are engaging with per your SFDC data, we engaged our Set Sail and they were helpful but the same issue's seem to persist across our entire team. Our SFDC is not super clean but I feel it should be able to identify the contact within an account and map that in Set Sail to properly allocate your points. Overall, it can be a very useful tool. The tool allowed me to earn more from my number of activities through different gift cards. The support team was brilliant and they always responded with a solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The limited number of options to redeem. For US, the tool has different ways to redeem, however, it was Amazon gift card for India. The team introduced new options for India towards the later part however. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SetSail allows us to compete with our colleagues in a very transparent, healthy and most importantly, funny way. By getting the right incentives with this program, you increase your sales activity and are closer to getting to your quotas. It is definitely a great to promote more engagement with accounts.
