It's fast since it is cloud-based, and I like its flawless workflow functionality. It does almost what content management tools like Lotus Notes or CRM like Salesforce can do. When we implemented ServiceNow in our FSM environment, most of my colleagues found it difficult to navigate and understand its status & flow, for example, change management and incident management processes. With a bit of basic training, they were able to catch up. If we have a proper layout or hint to understand the flow within, that would be helpful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
