The ease of navigation between various sub-categories within the product suite. Also we can STAR mark few of the ones that someone uses more frequently which is absolutely needed.

The look & feel used to be pretty OLD but looks like that has been recently updated. The filter & search is a bit confusing, hope that can be bettered some day for user convenience.

Not really anything to dislike except when you search for keyword in process review then it takes a long time to search in all categories. That speed if can be increased then its helpful.

To pay for access of adavance feature is a flaw but it also maintains company standards which is a good sign to work.

Being useful for task management solve much problems and we can easily finds our near about  escalated case and resolve it within Sla. Which give us motivation to work done before sla breach.

It's fast since it is cloud-based, and I like its flawless workflow functionality. It does almost what content management tools like Lotus Notes or CRM like Salesforce can do. One of the most robust tools in the market now. It's even used within MNCs as an ITSM tool

**What do you dislike about ServiceNow Manufacturing Connected Workforce?**

When we implemented ServiceNow in our FSM environment, most of my colleagues found it difficult to navigate and understand its status & flow, for example, change management and incident management processes. With a bit of basic training, they were able to catch up. If we have a proper layout or hint to understand the flow within, that would be helpful

Business problems like FSM, ITSM requests and incident management (it can do a lot more than classic tools like Remedy). Its mobile app approvals make it very easy and adaptable

Creation of repository for knowledge base and delivering them to workforces which enables them to excel in fast-changing conditions

Since it's a low-cod tool, it must focus on making it low-code, thereby decreasing code usage. 3rd party integration must be increased more to a level that will be compatible with the whole globe.

With the help of the workforce, the manufacturing would be scaled up, increasing efficiency. With the help of mobile digital tools, it would integrate with the workforce resulting from getting quick service, and costs would also be decreased.

Some features in the ServiceNow would need to be scaled up, such as low code tool should be sustained within the workflows. Also, integration of more third-party apps should be featured

Its tools help the workers build things in a great and efficient way . ITSM and workflows I would recommend to use for ease.

With the help of workflows, I am able to derive approvals and also route the approvals of the particular user to the nearest service desk so that the delay is avoided. There are rarely any cons of this solution but I find there is not enough training material/guides for a new beginner to use this product. Notification digest is one feature that could be brought to use in this to avoid spamming of users' phones/desktops.

I use this to support collaboration, extended troubleshooting, problem-solving and decision making. I also create a digital mapping manufacturing process, systems, relations making it easy to manage and assess potential impact fast.
