The upsides of Office Ally is that they work directly with the insurance carrier I work with, Kaiser, and there is not cost with submitting claims through them, which is huge for me as a small business owner with minimal billing needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am a third party medical billing company. I use Office Ally's Service center for small practices it allows the provider a cost efficient way to submit claims with additional options as they arise, billing statements, reports, electronic remittance and patient portal, etc. It's user friendly and has lots of potential features. I use it every day for a dozen of my solo providers. The customer support is knowledgable and friendly. Getting started is easy, data entry requires some basic information to save a record. the result from inventory reporting can not be put in the order I like. The new interface has no where to find inventory reporting. It has all the necessary options to control claims effectively. It is also easy to integrate with third-party EMR/EHR software. Additionally, it provides real-time eligibility verification, which helps us streamline our patient intake, collect patients' copayments during visits, verify patients' demographics with insurance, and resolve eligibility-related rejections promptly. Unlike some popular software, it allows me the freedom to update HCFA forms manually. The best thing about Office Ally is their excellent customer service support. I appreciate the online chat and their ability to get things done over chat. As a clinician, I don't have all afternoon to sit on the phone and wait for custome service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When cases are created there is limited follow up on them. When I email back looking for the status of the case, I receive no reponse. Cliams are often time sensitive and this can affect my ability to get paid. It is vital that claims issues are dealt with quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ease of use of the program is fantastic. We utilize Office Ally on a daily basis, and have had little to no issues with their service. We do not utilize all of the features that it offers, but for making the billing process straight forward we have not found a better service.
