What do you like best about Sequence?

The biggest surprise was how fast we got live. Setup was straightforward, the configuration was intuitive, and there was no long or painful implementation phase. We were up and running quickly with quoting, billing, and payments flowing through Sequence, and Stripe and Xero connected on the finance side. It felt very practical to roll out. What do you like best about Sequence?

The platform is very easy to use. We can configure complex pricing scenarios without any technical help. I find the schedule attachments feature to be really useful - with a growing number of large, long and complex deals, having all our agreements stored with the billing details creates a nice source of truth. The whole system makes managing billing and invoicing much simpler. We've been using Sequence for over a year now and it's been fantastic. The usage-based billing handles our tiered pricing perfectly without needing any engineering support. The bulk actions with progress tracking make our monthly billing runs smooth, and the new usage calculation modes give us exactly the flexibility we need. The Sequence platform is very sleek and easy to use. In particular, the Stripe integration is pretty seamless (retrying failed payments, selectively auto-charge customers etc). What do you like best about Sequence?

My company was scaling quickly and our old billing process would not hold up. With Sequence I've been able to rapidly operationalize our AR workflows. Their team was fantastic and onboarded our complex contract structures into the platform quickly and easily with the help of their schedules functionality. Additionally their team is very responsive and handles any issues within the day. I'm in the tool daily as it easily integrates with our GL and CRM.
