
I really like Invoiced for several reasons. I've noticed that our customer acceptance rate shot up from about 15% or 20% to almost 60% when we switched to Invoiced from a competitor product. A big plus is that it doesn't require a password; customers get a link in their email to log in. I also like that the platform is highly customizable, allowing us to display our detailed time-of-service invoices on the portal and manipulate statements for automatic payments in a way that suits our customer's preferences. The fact that Invoiced was able to write custom code for us quickly and inexpensively to suit our needs was fantastic. Their built-in features are easy to use, and I appreciate that it's possible to customize if needed. Another thing I like is their customer support, which has been very good over the years; they're always responsive and eager to help. Invoiced integrates nicely with our accounting package, which was a major factor in allowing us to manage a large number of fleet customers efficiently without adding more staff.
