Mainly I am using SEON Fraud API and I feel good about the same to validate and check probability of the Fraud user. So, we can add further checks and validation based on SEON Fraud score received. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is nothing to dislike, but I have a couple of suggestions for improvements for SEON Fraud API.
1. It will be best if they provide a facility to check multiple users in a Single call. Currently, I am making separate calls for each user.

In some cases it leads to much more efficient results, especially social accounts Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Often when a social media account is found, there is no link. It's not really helpful to simply know they have the account Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I personally enjoy about SEON is the easiness of use when it comes to finding potential fraudsters. Working for a casino, you can imagine how many people are trying to breach the terms and conditions, create additional accounts or use VPNs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Let's begin with the information you can get once an FTD or even registration is created. Multiple connections could appear, which helps to identify the fraudulent activity at the very beginning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I found it very complicated initially, probably because of the plenty of information, hashes, connections etc. Maybe some more tutorials on how to use it and what the different hashes and links are showing you as information could be handy for people using the tool for the first time! The system speed could be improved - a lot of times the reports reload for almost no reason. A better optimization would help. The system also does not allow you to pick up too many stats as I would like, making report dashboards somehow lacking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The extensive functionality and how the different modules are set up, it creates a lot of room for rule creation and everyday use, especially how matches are displayed, being able to export data in any list and of course the wonderful and supportive staff are the main selling points I'd say. You recently changed the transaction overview, it is slower to load and react than the previous one (it reloads the whole page when going back from transaction details), which is not very good as even the old interface had the tendency of taking quite long to load in some cases.
Some things are missing too, like being able to assign a specific time during which a rule would be active.
Exports have been improved in the sense that you can limit it to the columns that are displayed, even better would be if you get a selection popup that displays all possible columns grouped by the respective field, where you can select them all together or individually. As an upside, you may definitely tell that it'd be AI that helps to detect and define rules. It's not only a tool to prevent obvious fraudsters get into our product but also serves as a huge help by automating tons of work that would have to be done manually. Additional work our analysts have to perform since the AI learning requires additional input. It's a shame tho it requires us to log separately to SEON instead of take input from our database Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
SEON Helps target any suspicious behaviors like IP Address changes, non-deliverable emails, and suspicious domains. I particularly like that we can change the rules as we go. Their Customer service is PHENOMENAL! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I am not a fan of the typology as I am not a tech person and have to keep following up on rules etc. I would have liked for it to be more layman's terms so that I am not overwhelmed with information Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
