What do you like best about SEON. Fraud Fighters?

I looked at various integration solutions. Because we needed something flexible and easy to

integrate we went with the SEON API which only took a few hours for our developers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SEON. Fraud Fighters?

My only feedback would be to give a few more customization options for the dashboard UI,

but it’s not a huge deal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SEON. Fraud Fighters solving and how is that benefiting you?

Plane and other travel tickets are more and more bought by fraudsters because they can

resell them on the darknet. So for us it was really about removing long manual reviews for

purchases, and filtering out suspicious users. The Fraud API did the job wonderfully, we’re

now down to close to a 0,01% fraud rate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- Great and easy to use admin panel

- Visualization of connections between accounts, people, contact details etc

- Ability to evaluate a transaction based on Fraud score

Glad you like our admin panel, we've improved it for a long time to make it as user friendly as possible. Still not finished, probably will never be "finished", but always better.

For some of the suspicious users and transactions, it's necessary to have human supervision and intelligence deciding whether it's fraud or not. This way you can also reduce false positives.
