What do you like best about SEON. Fraud Fighters?

I'm the guy built this integration API. Just want to say the performance is really impressive. It replied pretty fast & i still didn't see any troubles with service unavailable or any complains about the time outs.

It performed really nice until now.

Beside that, SEON also have the dashboard to keep track of all analysis. Its GUI is easy-use and set it up.

The SEON team is every eager to support us. I really like this attitude. Keep going team :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's a perfect tool to identify patterns such as suspect IP, VPN, emails. A very useful machine learning engine, helping us digging into our huge customer base searching for frauds. It has also a very user friendly interface Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As the first customer of SEON we are growing together with them. They have been improving their platform and add new features constantly. The UI look great and it is user friendly. What do you like best about SEON. Fraud Fighters?

Great UX, great UI, and super-efficient system. Our team instantly fell in love with the dashboard and ease of use when we tried different solutions. Then the results in chargeback cuts spoke for themselves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our company is a digital wallet with some of the lowest rates for customers. But chargeback costs were seriously damaging our profits until we started using SEON. So the first step was to block suspicious users, which we used to do via manual reviews. That used to take up to 10 minutes, now it’s closer to 1 minute. Already that decreased chargeback rates, and then we ran the system for individual transactions, and the bad payments were cut down almost to 0%. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We currently have not found anything we overly dislike not he platform. The tech is developing quickly and we have a constant feedback loop with the team, meaning any issues are quickly ironed out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

First time it felt to me that the extension is hard to manage. But after SEON’s support I can manage myself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For a few months many of our customers and account holders received mails with Phishing links. The hacker asked them to click on the link somehow. When our account holder clicks on that link. They found our banking page and field for filing Banking account secret login access. We have been trying to protect the Phishing attacks for a few months but we failed.
