What do you like best about SEON. Fraud Fighters?

The SEON platform is super user friendly and you can see all key components of the system in one easy view. The key stats are all shown in the main dashboard which is simple to navigate around. The machine learning aspect of SEON makes it bespoke to each user which is a real credit to the SEON team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SEON. Fraud Fighters?

If you are not a tech person some of the ruling can be hard to understand/score specific to your business. However, the SEON team are on hand to assist with this and are in the process of drafting some user guides to assist. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Spend time speaking with the SEON tech team to work on your scoring as the scoring and rules are so flexible you can make the system work for you and your business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SEON is enabling us to gain a greater insight into our users and this assists when we are looking at regulatory items such as enhanced due diligence. Additionally, the ease of seeing what social networks are used and the immediate links to their address on Google is a real time saver. What do you like best about SEON. Fraud Fighters?

I like how the plugin integrates seamlessly onto webpages where I may be conducting an investigation on an account. Just one click and a detailed analysis is ready for review. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SEON. Fraud Fighters?

While the plugin is great overall, I'm finding myself wishing that the "Check email" button that pops up could be smaller. In practice, it doesn't actually negatively affect me as I can simply move my mouse cursor away to see any text it could be covering. It would also be great if the analysis would provide links directly to profiles instead of saying they exist. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The very best thing is that SEON is super flexible tool which allows to create/modify different rules online using multiple parameters.

Back office is running as smooth as a Swiss watch.
