You always have all the information gathered and efficiently operated in one place, and compared to my previous experiences, having all this info collected at once saves a lot of time and helps to respond faster. In addition to that, you can barely imagine a scenario which you cannot prevent with the rules. You can use literally any potentially possible parameter of the transaction to be considered by a rule, and more to that, they also provide AI generated rules based on your response with the transactions. Finally, the Team behind all that is just another level of kindness and professionalism. I wouldn't say there're much. Time to time, some delays occur and you have to wait for like 10 seconds for the page to load. This happens twice a day at most. There are no downsides, to be honest, I just wish there are more basic filters (beyond the set parameters) to compare users for example, who use the bin and signed up from the same city or country, on a particular date, etc. But again overall it's a great tool!
