The thing that I like best about SEON, aside from the team (everybody there seems super nice, very well-rounded in pretty much everything Fraud-related, and always eager to help) is their tool's remarkable accuracy - I've been working in the online gambling industry for over 10 years now, and I must admit, when I first heard about a 3rd party platform for risk analysis, mostly automated, I thought 'yeah, right!'. Now, after more than one year of having used SEON daily, I'm at a point where I couldn't picture a day's work without it. The interface is user-friendly, fast, and intuitive, the customized rules work flawlessly, and the machines seem to be learning and evolving constantly. If I work with it within 12h , it will not ask for re-entry, but the connection will be lost during the day and I will have to re-enter. Seon's ability to detect fraud orders by determining and evaluating profile risk is perplexing. I like its scoring process, and I've noticed that the results are highly accurate and reliable.
